Tiny houses in Bay of Kotor

Staying at this place for 4 nights was like a daydream for us and our active dog. He was so delighted by such a big space where he could run and play. We were stunned by the opportunity to enjoy the view of the mountains, the bay and the starry sky, which was incredible during the Perseid meteor shower. If you want to have a rest away from the noise and crowds of tourists on the coast then this place has everything you need - small but fully-equipped house with kitchen, shower and a lot of small cozy details. Special thanks for the lights and the wireless speaker - we could listen to music all the time anywhere in the garden, which helped create the right atmosphere. The location is also excellent - just a 10-minute drive there are large stores. The wild beach is within an hour's walk. Equipped beaches with umbrellas and sun chairs are located in the charming village of Luštica, a 20-minute drive away. Marijana was very responsible and answered any of our questions very quickly.

This was our second visit to the cottage and it was just as amazing as the first . The cottage and surroundings are beautiful ,it is such a serene place to stay . The hosts are lovely people and only a phone call away should you need anything . We can’t recommend this place highly enough and would definitely go back . Thank you Katarina and Ivo for sharing your wonderful cottage with us !

Vaso was a very friendly and communicative host. Unfortunately he wasn’t able to meet us on arrival as we booked at late notice, but he arranged another lady to show us to our room with no problems. The space was clean and equipped with a small kitchen and everything we needed. The views were beautiful and we had access to a well-maintained, secluded swimming pool. The town of Sveti Stefan was only a short drive away and we had free guest parking on site.

Absolutely beautiful stay here. We found it very peaceful with the private pool, lovely bungalow and amazing views. Vaso and his team were so friendly and made us feel at home right away. Some really lovely spots nearby via car. Beaches and restaurants etc. We will be coming back and staying longer next time 😀!

Loved my stay in this cozy cabin! The location was peaceful, remote, and surrounded by beautiful nature — the perfect spot to relax and unwind. The cabin itself was rustic and charming, just what I was looking for. The host was super responsive and helpful throughout my stay, which made everything easy. The shower setup surprised me at first, but it actually worked great once I got used to it. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a quiet getaway in Lovćen National Park!

Домик полностью соответствовал описанию и фото. В нем есть все и даже больше, все очень чисто и красиво, приятная атмосфера. На улице есть столик с зонтом, также все для приготовления еды на мангале. В небольшом саду растут красивые пальмы, оливки, киви, разные растения и ароматнейший лимон, который нам разрешили рвать для освежающей воды и чая. Очень приятный хозяин Bozidar, говорит на русском и английском. Угощал нас пойманной им рыбой, подсказывал моему мужу нюансы рыболовства в данной местности. Очень доброжелательный, подарил дочке конфеты в честь дня рождения. По приезду нас ждал презент в виде местного вина и сладостей. До пляжа 3 минуты (35 пологих ступенек и перейти дорогу). Оссобенность в том, что есть вход в море для детей со своим небольшым пляжиком и также плиты, откуда можно прыгать и купаться взрослым. Море и виды прекрасны!!! Проживание у Bozidar рекомендуем однозначно!!!

très belle maison dans un lieu calme et proche du lac skadar ! hôte très très accueillant et amical qui répond à toutes nos demandes ! merci pour les délicieux petit déjeuner et repas proposés !

Wir waren zu fünft für 3 Tage bei Ebru und waren rundum zufrieden. Das Haus ist super schön und die Küche ist mega gut ausgestattet. Man hat einen atemberaubenden Blick von der Teradde auf die Bucht. Auch der kurze Fußweg zum Wasser war gut zu meistern, sodass man kurz direkt nach dem Aufstehen ins Meer springen konnte. Die Gegend ist ruhig und man kann tolle Ausflüge in die Nähere Umgebung machen: Von einer Besichtigung von Kotor bis zu einem Canyoning Abenteuer in den Bergen. Alles in allem eine ganz klare Empfehlung!

Die Unterkunft ist unglaublich schön eingerichtet! Der Vermieter war gut erreichbar und es war sogar eine späte Anreise unkompliziert möglich. Ausserden haben wir Tomaten aus dem Garten geschenkt bekommen!

Smještena u prirodnom okruženju, kućica nudi savršenu ravnotežu između udobnosti i prirodnog ugođaja, što je čini idealnim mjestom za opuštanje i bijeg od svakodnevnog života.Posebno treba istaknuti ljubaznost domaćina, koji su bili izuzetno susretljivi i spremni pomoći s preporukama za aktivnosti u okolini. A very nice stay with quiet around you. Hot tip: Never leave food unattended, but if you do you make 3 cats very happy and your best friends in the world 😅. Also it is nice to have a flashlight for after dark bathroom trips 😁

Très bon accueil. Les hôtes sont très sympathiques même s'ils ne parlent pas anglais. Nous avons pu manger le soir moyennant un supplément, et les petits déjeuners sont très bons et copieux. Joli cadre, au milieu des vignes et des ruches, sur les hauteurs du lac Skadar.

Wen ein gewisser Anstieg zur Unterkunft nicht schreckt, der hat mit dem Gartenhaus, den Terrassen und dem Pool eine hervorragend ruhige und schöne Bleibe mit Blick auf die Adria. Christian und Mirian sind tolle, freundliche und stets hilfsbereite Gastgeber - vielen Dank!

lidja a été très accueillante à notre arrivée et très réactive au cours du séjour lorsque nous demandions des précisions et informations. le logement est charmant, situé en plein coeur du parc national lovcen, dans une nature riche et préservée. nous avons apprécié le calme et le côté douillet du gîte avec le poêle à pellets très appréciable ce fut une expérience dépaysante et plaisante.
