Sunny, cosy and comfortable cottage on owner's property. Located Acacia Bay, 8 min from Taupo township. Kitchenette with toaster, kettle, fridge, toastie maker and microwave. Salt, pepper, serviettes, hand towels provided. Separate bathroom with shower and toilet. Outside seating area to enjoy the semi-rural setting. Off street parking with designated parking area. Large enough for car and trailer. Lock up for bicycles on request. Extra towels for lake or local hot pools swimming are available.

This light & airy holiday-house has everything you need including full cooking facilities (stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, utensils), all linen, washing machine and free fast wifi (NO extra cleaning or linen fees are added onto price). Less than 10 minutes into Rotorua and all the geothermal & other tourist attractions. Note: this neighbourhood does NOT have the famous Rotorua sulphur smell :)

Unlimited wifi. Access to washing machine. Complimentary tea & coffee. ** N.B. there is no hot plate or kitchen sink inside the dwelling. **

The Guesthouse in our front yard is down a 'right of way' (perfect for stargazing) & is 30 m's from our house. Native trees, brings you privacy & an enclosure of a tropical garden makes you feel like you're in the tropics.

The Orchard Studio.

Our newly renovated Studio has been a joy to create and we are excited to finally share this space with you. It is a private small Studio nestled in behind large 80 yr old Californian Redwood and Atlas Cedar trees looking out onto an organic avocado orchard and expansive gardens. It is a private studio on an orchard but handy to cafes , restaurants and shopping centers, just off the main Pyes Pa Road. Please note our price includes cleaning fees Our beautiful cottage has been described as “a hidden gem”. It is very spacious with two queen size beds. There is a gorgeous wrap around couch that is large enough for two adults to lie comfortably to read a book or watch t.v. The big screen TV has Netflix available for your viewing pleasure. There is an ample dining table and a kitchenette equiped with an electric jug, toaster, microwave and a small fridge.

Tucked away in a very private tranquil setting only 9km from Taupo is our 1 bedroom guesthouse with separate kitchen area, lounge and bathroom. Surrounding the cottage is an expansive deck where you can take in the stunning country garden or just sit back and listen to the silence. Plenty of parking. WIFI available - not fibre, but get 15-20mbps. Sometimes WIFI is erractic for reasons unknown. Sorry no pets.
