Welcome to the cutest little house ever! Our goal is to make you as comfortable as we can, yet we promise not to bother you during your stay. Your pups are welcome. There is a small pet fee and we ask, "Please include pets in your reservation." This is a very quiet neighborhood where you may want to go for a walk, visit the park or even better, check out the many exciting happenings going on all around you! Our house is right next door and across the street from our house is Seabreeze Park.

Whether you are traveling alone, as a couple or even as a family our peaceful guest house is ready for your stay. The house, located in the backyard of our main residence, is approx 600 sqft with a bedroom, living room and a full kitchen with a small fridge. The area is fully fenced in for privacy along with a patio and furniture. We are less than 10 minutes from SH 288, 45 min from the beaches, 30 min from Texas Medical Center, 15 min from Pearland Town Center, 20 min from SkyDive Spaceland

The porch is the ideal place to just relax and unwind while you take in the gorgeous view of the lake. The pool area is only a few steps from the porch. A separate table and 2 office chairs are available for a work area that can be closed off from the rest of the house during the day.

There are plenty of activities for to do around within a short drive, such as Topgolf, Main event, Star Cinema Grill, Dave and Busters, and more!
