Cocina completamente equipada: Nevera, Horno eléctrico, Microondas, Lavadora, Secadora, Nespresso, batidora, licuadora,etc Todo lo que necesitas para una estancia maravillosa! Dormitorio con aire acondicionado y baño con ducha efecto lluvia. Zona muy tranquila.

Welcome to my Apartment! The property was completely refurbished in Summer 2017 from head to toe and there is plenty of unique decoration hanging on the walls.. (I'm a well known landscape photographer on the island). The 40" Smart TV has a huge load of premium channels from all European Countries and languages! For example: BBC, ITV Ch4, Sky Sports, ALL Football leagues, Kids, latest Movies and even Adult channels! (subject to availability). Nespresso machine too with Capsules.

Disfrute de sus vacaciones con las mejores vistas de la playa y los atardeceres desde nuestra terraza o desde el jacuzzi; estamos entre Los Cristianos y Las Américas a 5 minutos caminando de playa de Las Vistas, restaurantes y a 1 minuto del supermercado. Tiene también para su disfrute privado de 1 sauna, 1 jacuzzi, tumbonas, wifi y tv . Queremos turismo que venga a visitar la isla y sean tranquilos. No se debe hacer ruido 23:00 - 7:00. NO SE ACEPTA TURISMO DE BORRACHERA.

DISPONIBLE Apartamento grande, nuevo, luminoso y con vistas al mar y oceano, comtemplar la puesta del sol desde el apartamento les encantará .Esta a 3 minutos caminando a la playa y supermercado a 100 metros, centro de yoga a 200 metros, farmacia y taxi también en 300 metros.Centros de buceos a tan sólo 5 minutos, casi todo lo haces caminando . Si deseas hacer excursiones hay gran variedad , así como alquiler de bicicletas y coches. Restaurante varios.
