Ambiente acogedor para descansar o trabajar en paz

Este ha sido nuestro refugio ocasional de descanso y ahora empezamos a alquilarlo por primera vez, después de reformarlo. Está en una de las históricas urbanizaciones de apartamentos de Costa Adeje, donde veraneábamos los de aquí. Ahora luce moderna y cómoda, en un entorno inmediato tranquilo. Internet WiFi, TV, dos piscinas (una exclusiva para niños pequeños) y justo frente a tu puerta, tres playas y el paseo marítimo a 3’. Podrás teletrabajar desde la terraza o dentro. Aquí reina la paz.

Splendido open space vista mare e piscina nel cuore di Las Americas comodo a tutti i servizi , cinquanta metri dalla spiaggia. Non è necessario affittare l'auto poiché si raggiunge tutto comodamente a piedi. L'appartamento è dotato di ogni confort, lavatrice lavastoviglie microonde frigorifero tostapane bollitore asciugacapelli . A partire dal 25 aprile 2025 fino a giugno 2025 ci saranno dei lavori di sostituzione dell’ascensore. ( l’appartamento è al primo piano) . Mi scuso per il disagio.

La buena vida

Luminoso,sereno, amplio... un espacio donde el tiempo parece otro, más lento. Disfrutar del sol y de la sombra, trabajar con la casa abierta, sumergirnos en el agua, comer y cenar al aire libre, leer, jugar, pasear por la playa, cocinar sin prisa... la buena vida. Como arquitecto, después de hacer muchas reformas, sé que la luz y el espacio son el verdadero lujo. Un espacio principal que se abre completamente a la terraza orientada hacia el mar, hacia el atardecer, en un entorno muy tranquilo.

Très Bel appartement de 2 chambres, entièrement rénové, grande terrasse avec transats, vue sur la piscine, Wifi gratuite L'appartement est équipé du lave-linge, lave-vaisselle, micro-ondes, réfrigérateur, grille-pain, bouilloire, sèche-cheveux, coffre fort. Piscine à l'eau de mer et chauffée, avec transats payants à 3 euros la journée , et si vous désirez plus, le parasol 1 euro et le matelas 1 euro pour la journée La plage est à quelques minutes à pied. Les Golfs sont à environ 15 minutes.

Cozy newly renovated flat with pool view. Located just 3 minutes from the sea. Close to Las Vistas and Los Tarajales beaches. It has a communal bar and swimming pool. Supermarket open daily and pharmacy 50 mtrs. Only 10 minutes from bus stop and 15 km from Tenerife Sur airport. The flat has a living room, equipped kitchen, bathroom, washing machine, bedroom, terrace and Wi-Fi. Nice for two people traveling alone or families with children. Ask me for special price.
