Unique seaside family house

You will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located house . A beautifully renovated 1930s house , spacious and light with a large garden and very spacious patio with outdoor furniture , a Weber gas bbq and a table tennis table . A short walk gets you to the sea and the shops and cafes of st Leonard’s. Hastings museum is a few minutes walk away and Lidl is less than 5 mins walk away . It’s a perfect base to discover all the delights of both Hastings and st Leonard’s.

The Old King's Head with free parking

The Old King's Head was originally a pub and hotel. It is now a Board Games Cafe with a 3 bedroomed maisonette above. It is a grade II listed Georgian building however, there has always been a pub on this site dating fromTudor times. We have lovingly restored the whole building over the last 5 years from a derelict shell. The interior has a high finish while retaining some original features including medieval timbers in the kitchen.Fantastic south facing views to the sea and RNLI boathouse.

One bedroom loft flat near Alexandra Park Hastings

A self contained apartment within our Victorian home. We live in the house but the apartment is private. The apartment is situated at the TOP of the house on the fourth floor. Accommodation includes a separate bedroom with king size bed, separate compact bathroom, kitchen/diner/living room. The property is accessed through the main front door, there is no separate entrance for the apartment but you will have complete privacy during your stay. All the doors have locks.

10 minute walk to the Marina and beach. 20 minute walk to Brighton Pier. Very close to buses serving all over Brighton. Close to local amenities: shops: Coop, Lidl and cafes. Parking: Free parking - available 0.25km (440 yards) from the house. Parking spaces are listed on 'just park' for around £23 for 24 hours if you prefer to be closer to your car. Public Transport: Brighton station catch no.7 bus to Whitehawk garage - Door to door regular service.
