The Tiny Home is an Escape ONE XL (with HOT TUB) ,388 square feet including two lofts- each with a queen bed. The bathroom is very spacious for a tiny home, complete with a standard bathtub/shower and a Separett composting toilet from Sweden. The maple cabinetry kitchen is complete with a gas cooktop/oven, as well as a full size fridge. It has a comfortable living space with a sofa bed couch and a TV/Roku Bluetooth Soundbar, the main loft also has a TV/Roku. As well as A/C and heating to relax.

Our lofted cabin in the woods features an open-concept living area and spacious movie theater den. The deck provides a second living area with wooded mountain views. All lovingly (and painstakingly) updated by a proud brother-sister duo so everyone can enjoy the mountains like we have. We're close to sledding, skiing, lakes with sandy beaches, river rafting, fishing, hiking, and more. After a long day of exploring, soak in our spa under the stars or watch a movie in our theater.

Arnold cozy cabin

Only one block off of Hwy 4, walking distance to stores and eateries. One bedroom with one double size bed and a large loft, (up the spiral staircase) with one double size bed. Sheets and Towels are provided. Nice deck for outside dining. Dog friendly! (The yard is not fenced). Note: A small air conditioner is in the living room. It is a cabin in the mountains so it will not be as toasty as home. NOTE: Verizon works, AT&T has little or no reception in this area.

Shuttle can be caught at 4way stop and parking lot across from Market. Walking distance to cross country skiing. Walking distance to hotel lodge, market and restaurants.

The perfect place for a romantic stay, a family vacation, girl's getaway, business meeting or a retreat. This chalet is owned by our two families who happen to be best friends! We enjoy sharing it with others. Please note this cabin does not have AC or central heat. Only 3 miles from Big Trees State Park and 20 miles from Bear Valley Ski Resort. Sled on the property or just around the corner. Pet friendly ($40 pet fee collect separately through AirBnB).
