From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the peaceful and serene environment that surrounds the property. Whether it was the well-equipped kitchen, the cozy living spaces, or the comfortable bedrooms, everything was designed to offer the perfect blend of modern luxury and homely charm.

This place is perfect for snowmobiling or anything else! Great clean space and would definitely stay again.

Nous avons passé un beau séjour. Le ski in ski out est très intéressant. Il y a aussi plein d’activités sportives à 20-30 minutes.

Carl's place was an amazing spot. so peaceful and lots of wildlife around. it was great in the winter but I am sure it would be even more amazing in the summer when the river is not frozen.

Très beau chalet très cosy et très fonctionnel ! Nous avons particulièrement apprécié les deux cheminées et les deux salons dont un avec billard. Idéal pour un beau séjour en famille. En plus la vue est magnifique sur le saint Laurent. Bon emplacement pour se rendre à baie saint Paul, le massif Charlevoix et toutes sortes de randonnées. Je recommande sans hésiter !

I love coming up to First Roach Pond. John’s place is lovely and f very well stocked with anything you could need. The beds are comfortable, the area is inviting and we saw three moose just up the road. Can’t wait to return.
