This new guest cottage has a King sized bed, as well as a pullout xl twin. The home boasts a large screen tv viewable from every angle, a full sized bath, full kitchen, exquisite outdoor shower, fire pit, full laundry, and all the amenities of home. 10 minutes to Beaufort/Parris isl. This tranquil, private, river retreat has incredible views of the marsh and the Beaufort River. Located in popular Pigeon Point, you are just a short bike ride or a 20 minute walk to the historic district and downtown Beaufort. Before entering our Villa you will walk along the beautiful inner garden of our building. Inside you will find a fully appointed kitchen, dining and living space off of which is the private screened balcony with a view of the lagoon. Both bedrooms and bathrooms are ready for you and your family with fresh bed linens and towels.

This spacious completely remodeled, top floor villa is within a 5-10 minute walk to the beach and everything else, including a seasonal pool, several restaurants, general store, wine bar, tennis, golf, kayaks/canoes, bikes, fishing and so much more. Each master/en-suite has two Queen beds and every amenity you could imagine. Bathrooms are spacious with closed off toilet/showers.
