Only 3 miles to the entrance of Parris Island (MCRD) and 22 miles to Hunting Island State Park.

The Cottage at Burroughs

The Cottage at Burroughs has recently been completely renovated. A short walk or bike ride to downtown Beaufort restaurants and shopping, it is also just steps away from the Spanish Moss Trail and a short drive to Parris Island. The Cottage has space to park your boat trailer and is one mile from the Downtown Marina and boat landing. A scenic drive through our barrier islands will take you to the beautiful beaches and trails at Hunting Island State Park - complimentary guest pass provided.

Wilmington Place

Fully renovated home built in 1910 with historic charm and a modern touch. Located in the historic district of Beaufort just ~8 blocks from downtown and a quick 12min drive to Parris Island, this is the perfect home for graduation, vacation or work. Many of the pieces, artwork and pictures are from the owner's travels around the world. The yard is fenced in to offer privacy, the neighbor is an officer, free Hunting Island pass, beach gear and the internet is super fast. ALL are welcome! :)

Make yourself at home in our updated 1940s bungalow, the Flirty Flamingo. Less than a mile from Downtown Beaufort and just a block from the bay, you'll have easy access to the attractions of the area. Bring your bikes or rent some to enjoy the 10-mile Spanish Moss Trail, located just 0.4 miles away. Unwind in the Adirondack chairs under the massive live oak in the backyard. Plus, a pass to Hunting Island State Park (16 mi) is included! 9.1 miles to Parris Island

Kick back and enjoy the magnificent river view and breezes at this waterfront getaway in the historic Old Village of Port Royal. Two comfy bedrooms w/queen beds, two spacious bathrooms. Dog friendly and close to both downtown Beaufort and Parris Island. Fenced in back yard for our 4-legged guests! Fire pit, gas grill and 2 bikes available (just text us for the bike lock). The “White House” sits off of Boundary St. convenient to all Beaufort has to offer. Just a few blocks from USCB and beautiful sunrises over the Beaufort River. All of Beaufort's restaurants and shops are within walking distance or bikes can be rented nearby. Beaufort Waterfront is home to a marina, public docks, kayak rentals, boat tours and a great time day or night. HI Beach Pass provided. Perfect place for couples to come work, relax, explore or rejuvenate.

The LowCountry Gump House sits minutes from Parris Island and downtown Beaufort’s Waterfront Park, with great restaurants close by. Enjoy open-concept living and easy access in a quiet, friendly neighborhood. A Hunting Island Beach pass is available during your stay, plus board games, cornhole, and a coffee bar stocked with coffee, cream & sugar. A pack ’n play is tucked in the master closet if needed. Welcome to the Green House, a recently renovated and tastefully decorated historic three bedroom and two bathroom home bursting with Southern charm. This light and attractive home offers a downstairs master suite with a King Size bed and a recently remodeled full ensuite bathroom with tiled walk in shower. There are two additional Queen bedrooms and a full bathroom upstairs. Unfortunately no pets allowed.

Great location 4 miles to historic downtown Beaufort on the waterfront where you will find plenty of restaurants and shopping. A few miles from the new Spanish Moss Trail and a boat launch in nearby Port Royal.

Romantic Cottage for 2 - 10 min walk to downtown

The cottage was completely renovated in June 2022 and it is in heart of the National Historic District of Beaufort and only a 10 minute walk to downtown shops and restaurants and only a 2 minute walk to Bay Street and the Beaufort River. The cottage is also only a 10 minute drive to Paris Island and 20 minute drive to the beach and we provide a pass to the Hinton Island State Park / Beach.
