Only 3 miles to the entrance of Parris Island (MCRD) and 22 miles to Hunting Island State Park.

Belle Monte is a lovely light-filled 2 story home on high bluff overlooking Middle Creek off the Whale Branch river in Beaufort, SC. See gorgeous sunrises & watch the dolphins from the upstairs deck or sun porch. Great views of the water from most of the house. New lighted dock on deep water so bring your boat! Enjoy swimming (ladder provided), kayaking or paddle boarding. Great area for fishing and crabbing. Well-equipped kitchen, fireplace, gas grill, screened-in porch, game table & more!

The Cottage at Burroughs

The Cottage at Burroughs has recently been completely renovated. A short walk or bike ride to downtown Beaufort restaurants and shopping, it is also just steps away from the Spanish Moss Trail and a short drive to Parris Island. The Cottage has space to park your boat trailer and is one mile from the Downtown Marina and boat landing. A scenic drive through our barrier islands will take you to the beautiful beaches and trails at Hunting Island State Park - complimentary guest pass provided.

Nestled among live oak trees, surrounded by a natural southern garden, the Live Oak Retreat provides a truly peaceful and private setting. This charming cottage built in the 1940's was recently updated to offer modern conveniences for a comfortable and relaxing stay. We are a short walk to the downtown historic district and steps from the Spanish Moss biking/hiking trail. Convenient to Paris Island (6 miles) and a 25 minute ride to Hunting Island State Park for a day at the beach!

Frog Cottage

Welcome to Frog Cottage! This charming 1910 cottage blends historic character with modern comforts in the heart of Beaufort’s Historic District. Plus, a pass to Hunting Island State Park (16 mi) is included! 9.1 miles to Parris Island

Kick back and enjoy the magnificent river view and breezes at this waterfront getaway in the historic Old Village of Port Royal. Two comfy bedrooms w/queen beds, two spacious bathrooms. Dog friendly and close to both downtown Beaufort and Parris Island. Fenced in back yard for our 4-legged guests! Fire pit, gas grill and 2 bikes available (just text us for the bike lock). The LowCountry Gump House sits minutes from Parris Island and downtown Beaufort’s Waterfront Park, with great restaurants close by. A Hunting Island Beach pass is available during your stay, plus board games, cornhole, and a coffee bar stocked with coffee, cream & sugar. A pack ’n play is tucked in the master closet if needed. This spacious home is located on 5 beautiful acres that include a large pond, where you can sit on the dock and feed the fish under one of the oldest and most majestic live oaks in the Lowcountry. Swim laps in the 40-foot pool or just lounge poolside in the screened-in lanai with premium lounge chairs. Enjoy the gorgeous view through expansive picture windows overlooking the 200-acre nature preserve.
