The Kayaker

Peacefully placed alongside the Raystown Branch Juniata River. Our cabins offer a private getaway with all the amenities you're going to need; 3 bedrooms, full kitchens, and laundry just to name a few. While you stay, be sure to check out the ample public game lands, Rails to Trails (1 mile away), and the Raystown Weaver Falls boat ramp (10 min. away). If you're like us, you may just spend most of your time with a line in the water right outside the cabin. We look forward to your stay with us.

Cozy Cabin With Outdoor Hot Tub

Self check for convenience Tiny cabin with all you need squeezed into it for pleasant stay. It is located on a secluded property not far (5 miles) from major interstates. It is a small guest house across the lawn from our house where my wife and I live. It has window AC and wifi available. Free continental breakfast foods provided. (There is no kitchen) Cleaned to perfection ! We do spray for bugs but it is not unusual to see some spiders and bugs since the cabin is right against the woods.

The cottage has 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, central air/heat, gas fireplace, fully equipped kitchen, cable TV, high-speed Internet, washer/dryer, large river view deck, covered porch, gas grill, and private dock with ladder. Enjoy kayaking, fishing in the trout-stocked river, and swimming. Minutes away from downtown historic Bedford.

Breathtaking view from the edge of the Alleghenies

Charming cottage with a spectacular view of rural Bedford County. Just a short walk to the Allegheny Front Hawk Watch where one can observe migrating hawks, eagles, and monarch butterflies. Enjoy a bbq or the fire pit in our patio overlook, or walk the woodland trails. Great for couples or small families. Note the steep steps to the loft. Can fit a 5th guest with sleeper sofa. Hike, ride UTV's on the thousands of state ground next door, warm up by the fireplace, or just relax in the backyard. Nothing but the sound of nature at this little cabin in the middle of nowhere! wildlife and hiking trails are plentiful on the 300+ acres that surrounds you!
