The Lodge - Restored, Rustic 2 Bedroom On The River

The Lodge, a historic cabin on River Mountain Farm, is a private 2-bedroom, 1-bathroom house that sleeps up to 4 and is pet friendly. Renovated in 2022, we restored this 1880s cabin and added modern amenities to make your stay comfortable. It is perfect for a family getaway and has two private bedrooms along with a fully-equipped kitchen, a separate dining room, and a living room with working fireplace. The bathroom features a claw foot tub with shower fixtures. On site, you'll have access to 137 acres of hiking and nearly a mile and a quarter of river frontage for fishing or kayaking. You can borrow one of our four kayaks, two paddle boards, or two river tubes or bring your own and launch from our new floating dock. We provide most of the gear you will need including adult life jackets, paddles, and waterproof bags. The owners, Adrienne and Drew, live on the property and are available to assist with anything you might need before or during your stay. The Lodge always includes free coffee and free firewood (sustainably harvested from the property) for the fire pit. A new 48-panel solar array attached to the original barn generates 20,000 kWh and covers all of our energy consumption. Snow Problem... "The Best View on the Mountain"

Best view on the Mountain!! This fresh and new 4 BR house is located above Stembogan ski slope sits at an elevation of 2800ft! Atop of Blue Knob Mountain with the most peaceful setting of any house on the mountain. Ski in, walk out during Ski season. Many activities such as the cozy fire pit, hiking, mountain biking trails, golf, tennis, pool just to name a few of Blue knobs amenities. Alot to do if you want to enjoy a nice quiet night in, or a fun day of outdoor activities, come and see!

Horns Cabins - Little White Cabin by the river.

This pet friendly cabin is small with simple construction but priced accordingly. Located towards the front of our campground by RT 31 it’s easy to get to. This is our pet friendly cabin. The river is within 50 feet providing good trout fishing in the early season and other species throughout the year. The queen bed is right inside the front door and the bunks are in the side room beside the bathroom. Bathroom and small bedroom have curtains for doors to allow easy movement in the tight area.

Southern PA Mountain Cabin near DC. Total glamping

Very secluded mountain property, perfect for outdoors enthusiasts, nature lovers, mountain bikers, hunters, fishermen, hikers, photographers, etc. It is only 2 hours from Washington, DC and Pittsburgh, so close enough but far enough away. The house is well built and well kept with a full basement, cozy bedrooms and full modern kitchen. No Skimping!

Paradise Retreat: Sleeps 13 (Dogs welcome!)

Quiet lakehouse close to Trough Creek State Park and Lake Raystown Resort. Very spacious with 3 floors with a lot to do including a game room, fire pit, and hot tub room! Close to various boat launches and includes concrete parking space for boat parking. 1 mile from tatmun run boat launch and swimming area allowing for fun for everyone!
