Studio open space with an independent entrance integrated in a house of contemporary architecture, where we live, next to a ruin of an old mill. Fantastic view of the countryside. Bed for 2 people, with the possibility of hosting another in an extra sofa (20 euros extra payment). Fully equipped kitchen. Magnificent bathroom. There is no central heating or air conditioning, but heater and fan are provided. The house is 25 minutes from the beaches of Comporta, Melides, Sines, etc. Fiber Internet.

Op het terrein staat een mooie Quinta in uitstekende staat en drie windmolens uit 1753. Een deel van de Quinta is afgezonderd van het huis en verbouwd tot een fijn appartement met eigen toegang. Ideaal voor stellen of gezinnen. Het heeft een ruime slaapkamer, eigen badkamer, keuken en relaxruimte, waar evt 2 kinderen kunnen slapen (totaal 75m2).

A suite «Casinha do Mar», tiny house, fica numa zona residencial, Urbanização dos Malhadais, perto de mini mercados, cafés, a 1km do centro e 3km da Praia de Odeceixe. É uma suite acolhedora, equipada com o essencial e pronta a receber de forma simples e descontraída. Tem uma pequena kitchenette, duche e WC com sanita e lavatório no rés do chão e na parte de cima tem o quarto/sala com uma cama para 2 pessoas. Está integrada na propriedade dos donos com entrada independente. Seja bem vindo!
