I had such a pleasant stay here with my friends. The place is very aesthetic, clean, and well-maintained — talagang napaka-nice ng ambiance. Ang dami ring activities na pwedeng gawin like board games, karaoke, and cards, kaya hindi ka talaga mabobore. Pam was exceptionally responsive and accommodating, always making sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. Overall, it was a wonderful experience and I would gladly recommend this place to others. Looking forward to staying here again in the future!

Удобное расположение близко до вснго, на первом этаже мини торговый центр, мак, кофейня и 7eleven, станция метро тоже почти в доме, одна остановка до тц глоретерия Все было чисто, один душ в комнате, второй нужно выйти из комнаты, интернет и тв работали отлично Заселение и выселение прошли быстро Спасибо за хороший отдых!

We stayed here for 5 days and had a wonderful experience! The room was clean and well-maintained. Dhine was very responsive and organized, she made sure everything was in place to make our stay completely hassle-free. We truly appreciated her attentiveness. another great stay at Evangeline's place. you can not go wrong staying at her place, is centrally located close everything, the train station, SM megamall. lots of restaurants around, a supermarket on the ground floor and the condo itself is clean with cold AC, large TV and a kitchen that has everything you need.

We enjoyed our stay. Perfect place to rest after a whole day of shopping on the mall. Just a few minutes walking distance to MOA. Nice place! will recommend it to friends..

Patrick was very responsive from inquiring up to our checkout. The place was a gem and good for gatherings. i brought all my cousins with me and they really enjoyed the place. The spaces were really maximized. The bedrooms are okay with good airconditioning and ventilation. we can sleep comfortably but would need to compromise on the space/who would be be on the floor/loft.Amenities are cool so it was not boring at all.kuya rolly was helpful also. note for other visitors:the parking space for 2 cars is a little cramped-although there are parking spaces outside,the garage inside is just ok for small cars overall we would stay again since the host made our stay stay smooth for us and the location was convenient and enjoyable

Great hangout place for families and barkadas. Clean and comfy, with lots of games to keep everyone entertained. The unit is is also walkable from the subdivision gate. Host is responsive and friendly.

t truly felt like a home away from home! From the moment we walked in, we could feel the love and care the owners put into the space—and we knew we had to treat it with the same respect. The house had everything we needed, from cookware and utensils to essentials like dish and hand soap—every little detail was thoughtfully provided. The rooms were fresh and spotless, and we especially loved Bedroom 1. It was the perfect spot to relax, catch up with friends, and stream shows or movies through the projector. The whole place had such a cozy, welcoming vibe. We’d definitely stay here again whenever we’re in the area!

The host was very accommodating, always replying fast and nicely to us :> Instructions from check in to check out were given properly in advance. The place was better than expected! It's nice that it's near the playground and convenient store. It's fairly clean and spacious. Both ACs make the whole unit cold. The sala, kitchen, and bedrooms were clean (complete with pillows, blankets and towels) (only lacked condiments but it's not that big of a deal). The bathroom was clean but needed some air freshener. Overall, my family and I had a great stay. Big thanks to the host!

The place was perfect for our big family. Location is close to stores, salon, laundromat and easy access to rides. My only complain is the lock. It was difficult to open or lock it. Although they are aware of it and they were planning to replace it. If you are looking for a big place to stay for your big family this will be perfect.

Our stay at Laurice’s property was exceptionally pleasant. The unit was clean, well-maintained, and equipped with all the necessary amenities. The location was convenient and provided easy access to SM Mall of Asia. It has also Alfamart, a coffee shop, Restos in the area. I highly commend Ms. Laurice’s for her excellent communication and responsiveness throughout our booking process and stay. Sir Jim is very responsive and very considerate. He also responds real quick. Sir Jim's unit is very clean and very homey. We really enjoyed our stay. Hassle free from check in to check out. Five stars!
