This property met all of our expectations. Dylan is a great host, and it is even lovelier than the listing photos! Super close to Main Street, Lindenwood, etc. It is so nicely appointed- from the kitchen to the linens to comfy beds and YouTube TV. On top of that, it was squeaky clean and well cared for. This was a really special weekend for our family, and this house made it even better. We all agreed that we would stay here again in a heartbeat if it was available. If you're looking for a place in St. Charles and this fits your size / bedroom / bathroom requirements, stop shopping and go for it.

Frank is a great host. He was responsive and willing to do whatever it took to make it right. Great Place for our needs. Visiting family but needed space. location was convenient to everything we needed. Would recommend it to anyone and would stay there again if ever back in the area. Even my dog liked it.

This was a return trip to Sean’s place! My family really likes the amazing kitchen and the comfortable space to gather and be together. It easily accommodates 6 adults who want to enjoy food, games and togetherness in a quiet neighborhood home in a nice area in STL! Sean is a great, responsive and thoughtful host as evidenced by making the home available to us earlier than the stated check in time once he knew we’d arrived in STL for our son’s 4p wedding!

Bridget's home is very clean and comfortable, and in a great location. We felt right at home, and would definitely recommend this rental!

Stay was perfect for our weekend getaway. Thomas was very responsive and helpful before we even checked in. Rental was very clean and loved the open layout. The patio area and tv in the bedroom were an amazing added touch. Parking was easy and convenient. Even took up some of his suggestions for food/activities and 10/10. Very close to a lot of stuff so location was good but neighborhood does seem up and coming. Quiet and comfortable though, would definitely stay again.

The house was great for our purpose. One bathroom for four adults was a bit of an issue but we knew that ahead of time. For the rest the house had everything we needed.

Beautiful space! Exactly as described. We aren't light sleepers so the light street noise didn't bother us but if you are super sensitive to noise this might be night be the best fit.

I really appreciated staying at Floyd's place. It was cute and comfortable. The only surprise was the layout - the second bedroom was only accessible via the first bedroom. It was very hard to find a place with a bedroom that had 2 single beds and this definitely fit the bill. But Floyd was very accommodating and responsive when we needed the heat turned up he did it right away. I would definitely stay here again.

We really enjoyed our stay. The home was perfect for two adults and 3 kiddos. Walkable to downtown Edwardsville which was really convenient for dining and even going to get little things from CVS. The hosts have thought of everything and we hope to visit again when in town.

I loved staying at this place! I relocated from Atlanta in February and stayed here for 3 months until my new place was ready. I love the building and front staff. It’s very safe, people are nice, and the gym and rooftop are great amenities! Shannon was very warm and personable. Tucker, co-host, was also very kind, hospitable, and super responsive to the few inquiries I had. It was a great home away from home for the time I stayed!

This was such a beautiful stay! Didn’t want to leave it honestly. Adam was so accommodating & helpful with my late check in & one day extension. The space gave luxurious, private and peaceful. The Kitchen was so beautiful and spacious. Definitely would stay here again. Only thing I wasn’t crazy about was the fact that the bathroom not as exciting and spacious as the other rooms. Either way I’d 10/10 recommend, Thank you!

I had a fantastic time at Pam’s place; it had some much character and charm! Everything was as described and Pam was an outstanding host.

I had such a wonderful stay and was able to bring my cats! The location is within walking distance to basically everything. Darci and Art were extremely helpful and answered any questions I had. They are very informative and quick to reply if you need anything. I will definitely be back. Thank you!

The Bunk House and property are serene and beautiful. The house is cozy and every need was considered from toys for the kids inside and out to a fully equipped kitchen. We loved walking to the creek and the view from the back deck and even from inside the house! We love the decor and style of the home and especially how cozy and comfy it is. The whole property is a unique and fun experience!

We really appreciated the clear directions on how to get to the location, which is a little tricky to see in the dark. The location and view from the porch is beautiful! I wish it wouldn’t have been raining and we had more time to explore. Would definitely stay again :)

My fiancé and I enjoyed staying at the cabin. It was nice to be staying in a cabin and having a little get away while visiting family in Waterloo. Rika responded very quickly and is very communicative which I love that. Overall, we love it and will want to come back and stay at the cabin when visiting family.

The house was as expected from the pictures. It was very clean. The beds were comfortable and sheets were soft. The bath towels were very nice. Really enjoyed the trails behind the house to walk with the kids and dogs. House was very nicely decorated and the kids liked laying on the fluffy rug in the bunk room. We did not use the gazebo but would be very nice to sit around and talk around the fire if we would’ve had time. Highly recommend.

This cabin never disappoints. The beds are super comfy, the kitchen is amazing and the whole house is so beautiful. It is very peaceful. We have had family reunions there every year for the past three years and now has become an annual tradition. It is just wonderful

Perfect little place for a quiet weekend getaway. Monica was very responsive and the cabin was well stocked with everything you could need, and very cute touches. Very much enjoyed the weekend. Would stay here again!

I had a wonderful stay over Christmas to visit family. Bradley created a very festive atmosphere and I felt very much at home! He was very responsive to any questions and gave great directions. The property was absolutely beautiful, perfect for morning coffee by the pond. Lots of wildlife and space to roam. Walking, bikes, and canoe were great! It is quite secluded off the beaten path but easy to find with instruction. It was perfect and my family and I loved this stay. Definitely recommend and definitely would return! A huge Thank You from my family to yours.
