Studio MAR is located 25 minutes walking distance from Old town as well as 20 minutes from Lapad bay. Bellevue beach is few minutes away from the studio. This studio has total area of 20 m2, consist of fully equipped kitchen, bathroom with a shower, living area with a double bed 140x200 and balcony. Apartment is located in peaceful area. It offers spacious terrace ideal for enjoying your breakfast or evening glass of wine. In close vicinity from the Old Town and the beach (15 minutes walking distance). Supermarket, organic food store, local market, cafes, small shopping center, etc. is also easily reachable by foot.

Our home with our two apartments lies above the Bellevue beach and is 13 minutes walking distance from the old Town of Dubrovnik. It is peaceful and green, near the beach but very central and quiet. Everything you need is in this 56 qm2 apartment. It is perfect for two people or even three and the parking is free in our garden as well.
