The apartment is very spacious and can comfortably host five adults. Each bedroom has a double bed, closet and a working desk with a wireless charging lamp. Extendable corner set sofa in the living room is suitable for 1-2 persons, while the central dining table is extendable for six. Our guests can easily relax in the apartment as it offers three smart LED TVs, air-conditioning, underfloor heating, Wi-Fi, fully functional kitchen equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, oven, kettle, coffee machine, and an extensive selection of kitchen utensils. Spacious terrace is perfect for relaxation on four loungers, for having early breakfast or a romantic dinner while enjoying the sea view, and the scent of the sea, pine and cypress trees. The apartment is approximately 200 m away from the bus stop from which the bus number 6 will take you to the Old Town. There is a public parking space in front of the apartment, which is partly free of charge. Beaches, walking trails and parks are all close, together with shops, cafes and bars. Accommodation in Dubrovnik authentic neighbourghood Montovjerna. IDEAL FOR 4 people, 2 extra is ok just be aware that someone will be sleeping in the living room which is not big! Consists of two bedrooms, bathroom, living room, kitchen&spacious terrace. Boninovo beach is 9, Bellevue beach is 13 minutes walk. 20-25 min walk to the Old town&other parts of Dubrovnik - Lapad, port of Gruž. Banks, supermarkets, bus station are a couple minutes away. I speak english&french so text/call whenever :)
