This is the home families are loving!! Centrally located for time at Pensacola Beach and Perdido Key Beaches, Johnson Beach, it's all within a very short drive! View the Blue Angels on Tues/Wed, from the house you can see some of the practice in the sky! Great to visit your Military family members at NAS or Corry Station. This Pool house is clean, as shown, stocked with kitchen supplies, beach towels, gas grill is set to go! The guests have had a great time making memories that will last here.

Located just off I-10, our home provides easy access for travelers and is just a short walk away from Panera, Starbucks, grocery stores, and several restaurants/shops. Our home is only 25-30 minutes to Pensacola Beach/Perdido Key and 40-45 minutes from Foley, AL/OWA Amusement Park.

This midcentury home has been completely remodeled. This home offers two bedrooms with queen size beds. The primary bedroom includes an en-suite bathroom with walk-in tiled shower. The hall bathroom is a full bathroom with tiled tub/shower combo. The kitchen is a large open space with all the basic cooking needs. There is also a private office space off of the living room. This home is located 7 miles to downtown, 10 miles to NAS, 13 miles to Johnsons Beach, 15 miles to Pensacola Beach.

Enjoy nature in this 2 bedroom stilt house on Paradise Island surrounded by the Blackwater River- just a 30 minute drive to Gulf Beaches! Kayak around the island, enjoying the turtles & birdwatching, or boat or drive to downtown Milton to dock and dine at Blackwater Bistro or Boomerang Pizza. There is a boat ramp, boat house, 4 kayaks and life jackets for guest use. Easily visit Navarre Beach, vibrant Downtown Pensacola, Pensacola Beach, or Ponce de Leon Springs.

Enjoy beautiful views of the bayou in our carefully cleaned bungalow. Scenic walking/biking path along the bayou right outside your front door! Distances: Downtown 5 mi, Pensacola Beach 14 mi, Perdido Beach 20 mi, Pensacola NAS front gate 1.5 mi, public boat launch 0.2 mi. WHO NEEDS SNOW?! Come spend a week in our Sunshine Escape! 3BR/2BA home near NAS Pensacola, and 10 minutes from the beach. Centrally located, our home boasts a large back yard with outdoor games, and for those rainy days we host a full indoor game room/arcade! Shopping is 5 minutes away and we're a short drive from downtown Pensacola. We are a veteran owned business, and are very military/veteran friendly!

Cozy Studio

This is part of a compound with two structures ! I live in the guest house with Matt . There are 3 bedroom in the main house and the cozy studio is a beautifully converted space with private bath, cold / hot air unit , refrigerator , walk in closet ect ect . Note : you share the laundry room only which is rarely used . You have 2 door with your keys that only i have an extra set .
