This listing is for the second floor Apartment including 3 bedrooms with one bathroom. The apartment is the 2nd floor of an 1873 Victorian home. It features 3 bedrooms, 2 rooms have queen beds and one room has a double bed. The full kitchen includes a cook top, (no oven) microwave & refrigerator. Your bath includes a shower a large mirror and some big fluffy towels. This apartment can accommodate 5-6 people and is completely private. My husband and I live in the apartment on the first floor.

The property is within walking distance to public MWCD hunting area, and a short drive to Egypt Valley hunting area. We love everything about our hillside home next to Grand Vue Park and enjoy how much our guest love it too. This space was designed with love and attention to detail. The extremely spacious suite with private entrance has a beautiful covered deck overlooking our hillside pasture and the wooded land behind us. An entire wall of windows offer perfect views. Many guest say the King size bed is most comfortable they have ever slept in . The bathroom is simply dreamy.

The whole group will enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located place. Wheeling casino, Ogelbay, Wheeling Park, 6 Golf Courses, and multiple restaurants are just a short drive away from this location. A few things are on the property. 1. Fishing poles are under the back porch. Feel free to use. 2. There is usually firewood on the side of the house. Feel free to use.

Sugar Shack Inn

Newly rebuilt cabin/house located in Edgewater Park, Piedmont lake is our neighbor, hunting is literally 25' away on Muskingum wildlife conservancy land. Lake is walking distance with public boat ramp a .5 mile away. Located in a culdesac which there is only one other cabin on this road, which is also owned by us. Great lake view and quiet.
