great spot not far from the beach, and many things to do in the area. the house was very clean with lots of amenities provided. would highly recommend for anyone.

AMAZING! AMAZING! Did I mention it was amazing? I just can’t say enough about my visit. I have had a slew of not so good Air BNB’s as of late. Ones that didn’t match descriptions, no basics like coffee, laundry but being your own tide pods, and like a 5 page checkout….NOT here…it was perfect. Coffee, creamer, great bed, beautiful bathroom and that was the fanciest potty I have ever used….thank you Tori! I am super bummed my work won’t be bringing me back but if I come to visit on my own you’ll be hearing from me again. Thank you so much for renewing my faith in good air bnb’s!

My family loved this Airbnb! The home was VERY clean and comfortable. We had everything we needed to make dinner and coffee in the morning. The yard is huge and our one dog enjoyed it very much. It's also in a great location, close to many different restaurants, grocery stores and shopping.

Our family lives in the same neighborhood so it was super convenient and we were close to all the 4th Street Shops and walking distance to just about everything you need—including the beach. Maria's place was absolutely delightful! The location is unbeatable, right near everything you could need. From the moment we arrived, both she and her husband made us feel right at home. Having a grocery store just across the street was incredibly convenient, and we loved discovering the nearby taco stand—such a treat! Gusto's bakery was an incredible find, just a short walk away, and we took full advantage of the easy stroll to the beach for free yoga sessions on the bluff. Maria's thoughtful touch of providing yoga mats was such a bonus! We truly appreciated that so many stores and restaurants were within walking distance, which made our stay even more enjoyable since we didn't need a car to explore the area. The unit itself was spotless and secure, plus it was stocked with a variety of extra amenities like coffee, tea, cooking essentials, and personal care items. Overall, I can't recommend Maria's place enough. I hope to return!

I had an amazing stay at this property! The location is absolutely perfect, just a short walk to the beach, shops, and a great selection of restaurants. The space itself was spotless and beautifully maintained. Everything felt fresh and inviting from the moment I arrived. The beds were incredibly comfortable, which made it so easy to relax and get a great night’s sleep after a day of exploring. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for the perfect beach getaway!

This place was wonderful! Manhattan Beach experienced a power outage for almost a whole day during our stay and Nicole was super responsive and on the whole situation. Obviously it was no fault of hers, but she kept in touch throughout the whole day to make sure we were comfortable! 10/10 would stay here again in the future.

It is so wonderful that people will open up their unique homes and let others enjoy such special places. The Villa is one of them! A patio right on the boardwalk and sand with great views was my favorite feature. My wife enjoyed the beach themed decorations and elegance of the Villa. But we can both agree that the host Kim (and her husband) were kind and sincerely caring people that made us welcomed!

We had to evacuate our home in LA due to the wildfires. Michelle was quick to answer and very kind. Check in was so easy! We felt comfortable and safe.

This was an amazing place to stay. So close to the beach, restaurants, stores, and was easy to get in and out of the area. Sam is a great host and worked well with us if anything came up. I would highly recommend staying here.

it was the perfect day for a trip to Long beach. it had a great location easily walkable to a lot of great food places and the historic pine venue. the only thing I will mention is if you have multiple people in your party the couch pull out bed is a little uncomfortable so definitely have the children sleep on that lol. other than that it was the absolute perfect stay and exceeded our expectations.

Location! Location! I loved how this place was five minutes away from the beach and great restaurants walking distance as well. Place was clean and felt like home.

What a perfect two-day stay we had at Oksana’s place! It was a home away from home. It had everything we needed plus more. We were able to use the Pack ‘n Play provided for our 14-month old. Our daughter also loved having several engaging toys to occupy her time. I personally loved the amount of space we had to stretch out. Everything is well stocked and provided for your comfort. It was refreshing coming to this location after a not-so-great experience at another Air BnB we had been at prior. As for the parking situation for us, we were able to find the same spot on the street corner both nights we stayed (Saturday and Sunday). Depending on street, you may have to move your vehicle when there is street cleaning too. Overall, though, I would definitely stay at this location again even with the street parking.
