Walking distance to restaurants and shops on retro row, a stones throw to the beach and a short bike ride or drive to Belmont shore and downtown. Our home has kept its old style charm but has all the modern amenities you need. Central AC, washer dryer, & stocked kitchen. We also have beach towels & beach chairs. For families w/ children we can supply a Pack & Play, booster seat, toys, mama roo, and baby brezza.

Quincy La Casa is an exquisite Spanish Revival Duplex built in 1930’s in the heart of Belmont Shore. Beautiful upper unit is approximately 1,400 SF, 2 bed, 1 bath. Quincy La Casa has large windows throughout providing ocean breezes and plenty of sunlight. The large dining room seats eight. The breakfast nook in the kitchen seats four. The large sundeck off the kitchen provides a bbq and dinning for four. One designated street side parking space.
