This beachside apartment was perfect for our family stay in Valencia. It was just a short walk to the beach and located in a peaceful, relaxed neighborhood. The apartment was well-equipped for kids, with thoughtful touches that made our stay comfortable and stress-free. We especially appreciated the spacious layout and the safe, welcoming atmosphere. It was the ideal place to unwind and enjoy the sea after a day of sightseeing. We’d absolutely recommend it to families traveling with children.

Ivan was a spectacular host! And the location and scenery was absolutely stunning, I couldn't recommend it enough.

We visited this location for a week at Easter. It was quiet around the area initially but got a little busier as the week went on. The weather was perfect, high 20's all week. The apartment was clean and tidy with all the amenities we needed! David was super helpful, making contact a few days before with details on how to access, directions etc and then checking in regularly with recommendations and directions to local restaurants, markets etc. The kids loved the pool and the beautiful beach was only 5 mins walk away too. There was one shop within walking distance but i would recommend hiring a car to visit around the local area. Scenery is stunning. Highly recommend the location and the accommodation!! We hebben genoten van de 15 dagen in dit apartment. Alles was aanwezig om er een goede tijd te hebben, binnen én buiten. De wasmachine deed het niet, maar dit wisten wij al toen we gingen boeken. Dit is erg netjes opgelost, ondanks onze eigen keuze om toch te boeken (wij houden van deze lokatie). Absoluut een aanrader en als het kan keren we er graag nog eens terug. Bedankt voor het vertrouwen en de gastvrijheid!. ☆☆☆☆☆.

Appartement très bien placé en plein centre à 2 pas de la place de la reine Appartement agréable et en très bon état Un peu bruyant surtout en ce qui concerne la chambre située dans le salon Pour autant nous y avons passé un agréable séjour malgré les circonstances dramatiques que rencontre la région de Valence actuellement. Nous adressons d ailleurs tout notre soutien aux habitants de la région au sein de laquelle vit notre fils.

Muy recomendable. Paco muy amable y atento a cualquier necesidad que tuvieramo. Cuenta con todo lo necesario para pasar unos días allí y con el añadido de picina y barbacoa. La localización muy buena, a menos de 20m en coche de calas como Granadella y Moraig.

Muy agradecidos con Conchi por la acogida. La zona del perellonet es muy tranquila, y con Valencia super cerca para moverte.
