This was a beautiful residence with a pool and beach access. The pool was shared with 10 villas. Never had problems finding a chair, and the views were amazing. The house was beautiful and large. Plenty of room for everyone. The kitchen was very well equipped with lots of pans, dishes and cups. Many places in the house to hang out. My favorite place was the upper enclosed patio. It was the perfect room to do yoga and watch the sunrise. Definitely, would stay here again.

Mami place was beautiful so clean the beds were all comfortable breathtaking views in condo and on rooftop pool. Def will be coming back!! 10 out of 10 🙌🏾

El alojamiento es justamente como lo describieron, mi familia y yo estuvimos encantados, super acogedor a la hora de llegar de las excursiones y sentir que se estaba en casa, zona tranquila y cerca de la playa y otros lugares. Gracias señor Mike

Okkk first i want to say…Andres was the perfect host! He helped me in every way possible! I booked this beautiful place hours before my arrival! He made sure i was able to have a place to stay during my 4 day vacation! He was very responsive & very fast! I would not lie this home is perfect! The home is beautiful! You will love everything about it! My favorite part of the home is the view! Being able to walk down the pier & sit & watch the ocean! & it’s very private! So it’s only your view! I loved the hammock by the ocean! It was amazing & so beautiful! The pool was also one of my favorites! The home was very very clean it smelled good i felt right at home! The home has balconies so you can also enjoy the view coming from the bedroom! The master bedroom has a hammock out its balcony as well! I loved it soooo much! I’m going to tell you now BOOK THIS HOME! You will love it just like we did! 10/10 10 star stay! Andres is the best THANK YOU FOR BEING THE PERFECT HOST!

Estaría muy bueno agregar algo más a la cocina. por ejemplo una tabla para picar verduras. Una PAVA ELÉCTRICA para los argentinos es de suma importancia. un té un mate . y no tuvimos donde calentar agua. agradezco las dos ollitas y platos pero nos faltó esas dos cositas. priorizamos la buena alimentación. no siempre acudimos a los restaurantes Después todo bien!

This Airbnb is absolutely worth booking. The host has great communication and the people in charge of the house keeping is wonderful and helpful. All the rooms are spacious and well air conditioned. Everything was super clean and the location is great. Would definitely stay there again.

Très bon emplacement , parking gratuit c’est vrai que c’est un peu vieillot mais l’emplacement , et la vue vous feront vite oublier ce détail !

Beautiful condo in a centrally located resort right in the middle of the Hotel Zone. Large and spacious. Views of the Gulf and beach, only takes 5 minutes to get to the beach from your room. Very pleasant stay with a very gracious and helpful host. A few things to note, the Resort is All Inclusive but you cannot purchase food or drink there, however you can get day passes where you can eat from the buffets and drink at the bars all day, rates on this vary. There is a grocery store within a ten minute walk where you can get everything you need. Many restaurants within walking distance and pubic transportation very close(R1/R2 bus). The beach is beautiful and not crowded, it was a wonderful stay. We never felt unsafe walking around.

Das Appartment ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen aber wunderschönn mit einer gigantische Aussicht auf das Türkis blaue Meer. Es hat alles was man braucht. Sogar einen Wasserspender war auf dem Zimmer. Balkon, Pool,… alles top! Können wir sehr empfehlen! Danke für den tollen Aufenthalt

We enjoyed our stay so much! Bethany is a wonderful host and very responsive. The tour we booked through her was great and the massage was wonderful too! The condo is as amazing as it looks in pictures. The location is great, and the restaurant in the hotel was pretty good for breakfast. Our favorite spot was Surfin burritos about a 2 min walk from the condo. Our honeymoon was perfect thanks to Bethany, the condo has everything you may need! Amazing views!

Enrique’s place is just as listed! We thought it was the perfect location for our itinerary. It is definitely a busy location, you can hear the music from the clubs next door so if you’re looking for a peaceful quiet location this is probably not the place for you. We loved waking up to the sunrise views from the balcony. There was a 7/11 just outside of the gate, very convenient for a late night snack run! Taxis are available at all times of the day at the gate. Private beach access was a plus, but it does get a bit crowded during the day.

Jessica and Rodriguez place was a gem. The views is stunning and it was magical to see the ocean in the morning and evenings. The place was cleaned and well equipped. The beach is perfect not too crowded and they have beach beds. I was expecting more noise since there are night clubs close by however the sound constant ocean waves was soothing for us. The host was very responsive, and the bed was very confortable. This is a perfect place for a gateway and it is worth it for the price.

Elegí este Airbnb a nada de irme para Cancún. Tuve toda una aventura con este viaje y de verdad sentí paz una vez que elegí este alojamiento. Fueron los mejores hosts del mundo. Fue un viaje por mi cumpleaños y permitieron que llegaran flores de mi novio y amigos. Todo el tiempo se ve el staff de los condominios cuidando y procurando, excelentes instalaciones no solo del departamento si no de todo el complejo. Las aplicaciones como DiDi, Uber, etc funcionando al 100% muchísimas opciones en especial si llegas tarde. De igual manera pasan los camiones de la ruta hotelera seguido, enfrente de los condominios. Se puede caminar muy tranquilamente por fuera y dentro. Nunca hubo escándalo, algo que se agradece. El departamento es tal cual se ve en las fotos, pudimos cocinar nuestros alimentos y bañarnos sin ningún inconveniente. En ningún momento vimos bichos. Me encantó! Y def es un lugar que recomendaré y volveré pronto.

Hermoso. A pasos de la playa y se descansa muy bien. Los atardeceres desde la azotea son bellisimos y la comunicación con los anfitriones fue de lo mejor. Sin duda volvería a alojarme en la estancia de Sergio y José.

This Villa was nice and close to the water. Great views on all three levels of balconies. Bedrooms were nice and each had an attached bathroom. Two slight inconveniences were that we had to take blanket from beds upstairs for the two beds that folded down on first floor. Also getting back into the resort each time the guards would not remember us and make us wait to get back in. There was also no way to get access to the all inclusive amenities at the resort, however there is stores very close to get what you want. Overall it was a great place to stay and would definitely go back!

Clean space, the host was responsive and the view of the beach from the balcony was gorgeous.

Ivette’s place was such a wonderful place to stay with my boyfriend. All the hosts, including Ivette, were very responsive and flexible. The view from this place was immaculate and looked exactly like the pictures! There was a bus stop right in front of the condo, so it was easy to get around within hotel zone. The pool was great, and the beach was less than two minutes walk from the condo. It can be a little noisy at night as it is located right next to the main road; however, there were eye masks and ear plugs in the closet, which helped a ton! Also, Fide, the house lady was so friendly and nice. Although there was a bit of communication problems, mainly due to my inability to speak Spanish, she checked in with us multiple times throughout our stay. Overall, it was a 10/10 experience, and I would definitely stay at Ivette’s place once I come back to Cancun!

We absolutely loved this spot and overall had the most enjoyable and memorable trip to Cancun Mexico ever. The unit was clean and just perfect space for two. The views were the best I have ever experienced in Mexico. The accompany hotel amenities were also nice (just please note that you will need to pay additional $95 daily fee per person to use any of the food amenities, including pool bar). The property staff were all super friendly and helpful as well. We will probably make this a destination stop when visiting Cancun moving forward.
