Lovely spot in Seaford. Back of the building complex so very quiet and peaceful. No noise from other residents. Easy walk to the shops of Seaford, either along the beach or along the creek. We did have issues with access through the front door which Sid tried to help with. We ended up just using the key to the back door for coming and going. Great space for a couple, 2 couples or a small family. Maybe a carton of milk for guests would be a nice touch of welcome.

Our family had the most wonderful weekend stay at the Kalorama Cottage. Our last little getaway as a family of 4! Our daughter loved the place so much that she asked if we could stay forever. Clean and beautifully kept cottage with everything you need, surrounded by nature. Jade and Daniel were very welcoming and very proactive with communication prior to check-in and throughout our stay. Thank you both so much for sharing your place with us!

The house was very spacious, it look exactly like the described pictures. Rooms are clean and all amenities were provided. Ali was very quick to respond and always helpful with any question asked. We were very happy with the stay.

Had a lovely stay at this warehouse style apartment, great decor and the kitchen had everything needed to cook. The location is very convenient and although it's close to the hustle and bustle of Smith St it was peaceful and quiet in the apartment. Access was easy and Kali was very helpful and responsive.

We had a great time staying at Paul and Dan’s place. It looks exactly like the photos - modern, spacious and very clean, with a beautiful view from the balcony. Not only is it surrounded by some great restaurants and cafes, but it’s also in walking distance to the tram in case you want to head further into the CBD. I would definitely recommend this space to anyone looking to stay in Southbank.
