This is our second time staying and we will be back! We love the sunny, cozy space, and the convenient location to downtown. Robert is super responsive and helpful as well.

Michele’s place was great! A very cozy stay that was the perfect location to explore Bentonville. Michele was quick to respond and accommodating when dealing with unexpected weather.

This was our third time staying at one of Deanna’s properties, and our first time at this particular location. As always, the experience was outstanding. The space was thoughtfully designed, beautifully appointed, and incredibly comfortable. Everything we needed was right there, literally nothing was overlooked. The bed was especially cozy, making it easy to unwind and truly relax. At this point, we won’t stay anywhere in Rogers unless it’s one of Deanna’s places—she’s hands down the best host on the app!

Very clean place and was as advertised. My friend and I are very active, so we enjoyed having the tennis/basketball court to play on. We also enjoyed seeing the deer in the back yard. Very reasonably priced for what we needed. We definitely enjoyed our stay and would be glad to stay again.

this was the perfect weekend stay!! came into town for my best friends wedding and it was so close to downtown i could walk from the airbnb! beautiful little space and perfect for 2, and the most comfy bed i’ve slept in (amazing after a long night of dancing)

Brandi’s loft is pristine and so cozy. It’s in a beautiful, peaceful neighborhood with very close proximity to the downtown square and numerous restaurants, crystal bridges, Momentary, new Walmart campus, etc. Brandi and her husband are also so sweet and great communicators, answering any questions we had. We are so glad we got to stay here for our weekend getaway and hope to stay here again with our next visit.

Excellent stay at a beautiful and well updated carriage house. We would have been happy to stay a while. Couldn't have a better location in Bentonville.

I was in town for a work trip & Jack went above and beyond in every single way- from hiking recommendations, to helping me start a fire and just overall being the kindest person! Definitely recommend his place & hope to keep in touch when I am back in town!

Amazing place - so well stocked and clean. Had everything I could have wanted from an Air BnB. Perfect spot for exploring Bentonville. 10 minutes walk to downtown and start of Crystal Bridges trails! Really quiet peaceful street. I’d happily return!

This place was lovely! Very clean and the place is styled very cute. Had everything we could need and more. Really feels like the owners were thoughtful and went out of their way to make sure guests have everything they could need! Keep in mind this is a shared guest house. There’s another unit upstairs so there’s potential for noises from neighbors outside of the quiet hours. The property is beautiful and while we didn’t use the outdoor areas during our quick stay, it was very tempting. Location is so close to the downtown area so navigating was so simple. Everywhere we wanted to visit was minutes away!

We couldn’t be happier with our stay. The location was perfect- so many parks, restaurants, coffee shops, minutes to the square on foot or on your bikes. Access to bike trails are seconds away. It was so nice to have the extra bed in the living room. The furniture was comfortable and exactly what we needed. We felt right at home and can’t wait to return!

Loved staying here! Close to single track and easily walkable to downtown Bentonville! Such a charming and perfect place to stay.

This was our 2nd, and probably not last, stay at The Downtowner. It’s such a great location and perfect for biking enthusiasts. His set-up is perfect!

We enjoyed this clean and quiet lodging & accomodation and pet friendly is a big plus. It has a nice view. Would be great if the lawn has some grass or a couple of trees. The only downside is the neighborhood which folks tend to let their dog run wild and make my pup very anxious. It scared us quite a bit when a dog charging over from the house on top of the road while I was trying to let my toy go potty. It's not something our hosts can control but a word of caution if you have a small companion dog.

A very inviting, safe, comfy cozy place. I would highly recommend this adorable little shop house. Extremely clean, just a little off the beaten path but less than 15 minutes away from anything you needed for dinner or anything else. I travel to Northwest Arkansas several times a year for my business … I will most definitely be staying here again and again!

This place was perfect for our needs for 2 people. Extremely walkable and close to the main areas of Bentonville. We went to a convert at the momentary and it was a 4 minute drive. The area is beautiful and extremely nice with historic and newer modern homes. The bed in the space was one of the better beds we have slept in away from home, so comfortable. We had some issues with the wifi and they were quick to help and resolve it, it seems like this has never been an issue and just a random fluke while we were there due to a storm as no one else mentioned having issues in reviews and I read them all before booking! The surrounding area was quiet and we loved how tucked back this little space was. Highly recommend this for anyone wanting to enjoy the area of Bentonville!

Place exactly as described, you can not beat the location for downtown Bentonville. Brianna was very fast to respond with any questions.
