Our super cute cottage style home offers direct access to the Crystal Bridges Museum trail head next door(Slaughterpen System and greenway). The trail leads to the Crystal Bridges Museum and passes by the deck overlooking the museum. This same paved trail also leads to Compton gardens and the square allowing our visitors to access all Bentonville has to offer without touching a street. We rent across the street also.

Stay in a unique and cozy tiny cabin called ‘The Downshift’ inside beautiful Blowing Springs Park and campground near other tent and RV sites. The Downshift tiny cabin is complete with a double bed, small bathroom with shower, a kitchenette with fridge, microwave, and coffee maker. Sit on the deck or enjoy your fire ring and picnic table. The tiny cabin is in a private park in the Ozarks featuring world class mountain biking/ hiking trailheads to The Back Forty and Blowing Springs trails.

Moonlight on the White is a one-bedroom cabin with 4 private acres on the banks of the White River, just minutes from downtown Fayetteville and Springdale. As you arrive at the cabin, you first notice the spacious front deck with private hot tub overlooking the tranquil river setting. Frequent wildlife sightings and the peaceful river view allow for a true vacation. Welcome to Pedal and Perch, a custom-designed and built accessory dwelling cabin just minutes from downtown Bentonville, AR, Walmart HQ, and miles of incredible mountain biking. Enjoy a serene setting that tucks you among the trees and makes you feel like you are staying in your own treehouse. The cabin features a custom kitchen, one bathroom, a queen bed in the loft, a pullout sofa on the primary floor, and your very own outdoor bathtub looking in to the valley below.

The Studio on Central

The studio on Central is a five minute walk to the Bentonville Square on stately tree lined Central Ave. Crystal Bridges Museum of American Art is about a 15 minute walk. Weekends always bring activities to the Square with Farmer's Market in the spring, summer and fall along with many events. We're also close to the Ozark Greenway Trail system which runs from Bentonville/Bella Vista to Fayetteville. Bicycles and walking are the best way of getting around.
