Alexander's place was ideal for our stay in Bergen. We could walk around easily to the restaurants, highlighted tourist places, even shopping places. Alex was very responsive to our questions and concerns. I really appreciated the early check in after a long train travel. His place was very comfortable and had everything we needed. Hope to visit again.

Tucked into the heart of Norway’s island beauty, this spot feels like it was crafted with a poet’s touch and an architect’s precision. It’s airy, flooded with light, modern yet cozy. The floor-to-ceiling windows frame the waterfront like a living canvas, inviting the Norwegian skaergaard right into your living room. The kitchen is sharp, practical—a true haven for anyone who values a well-prepped meal. And then there’s the jetty out front, where you can sit back, sip something strong, and lose yourself in the stillness of this place. Centrally located for a business traveler yet worlds away in spirit. If I could double the star rating, I would. Else, the host, is a gem—flexible, communicative, and downright pleasant. Thanks for the opportunity to experience your boathouse.

Beautiful family home with stunning views from all rooms. Well set up with beds made up for 7 of us. Plenty of space. Fabulous garden furniture with the most amazing views from the decking. Nice kitchen with everything we needed. Amanda incredibly quick to answer questions and very helpful. We had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend.

In the heart of Rosendal

Leiligheten er slik den fremstår på bildene; lys og luftig selv om den ligger i sokkeletasjen. Gjennomgående god standard, rent, ordentlig og hyggelig, og med alle fasiliteter som beskrevet. Gode senger, rent sengetøy og stille soverom med gode luftemuligheter. Romslig parkeringsplass med mulighet for «mormorlading» av elbil (per vanlig stikkontakt). Hyggelig vertskap, og perfekt plassering for oss tre som var på kammermusikkfestival og kunne nyte korte spaserturer i vakre omgivelser til baroniet og andre scener. Anbefales!

The apartment is conveniently located near the city center, within walking distance of all major attractions. It’s easily accessible from the airport by metro or Uber, making our arrival and departure stress-free. The home itself was warm and welcoming, but the highlight of our stay was definitely Rita! She provided us with valuable insights about Bergen, suggesting amazing excursions and local dining spots. We even had the chance to try her delicious homemade fish soup, which was delicious!

Vi, min man och jag tillsammans med två hundar, trivdes jättebra de två nätterna vi bodde i det lilla huset. Det är ett så himla mysigt hus med gångavstånd till centrum. Supertrevlig värd och allt gick smidigt. Vi hade bilen med och var lätt att hitta parkering.

The remote fjord's end location was stunning. Our modern, airy boathouse, with its numerous windows and skylights, filled with light was comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped and convenient. Despite a power outage caused by a storm after our first night, the four of us stayed comfortable and thanks to Julian's updates and instructions we well managed. Easy access from Bergen. I eagerly anticipate my next visit.

This apartment is definitely one of the best I have ever stayed in. A big thank you Fredrick and Andrea for having me. It was so clean and cozy! I particularly liked the huge window and the view. I really enjoyed having candlelight dinners by the window and also watching the old couples feed the birds during the day. It has an amazing view of everything. It’s very close to the bustling area of the city center but also very quiet and serene. Fredrick and Andrea were the best hosts! They replied so fast and were always available when i needed help with anything. The house was stocked up with absolutely everything I needed! It felt like home and I loved it there! Wish I could’ve stayed forever 😄😄 They were also so helpful with recommendations and suggestions, they were so welcoming to answer any questions I had. This was an amazing stay and I would definitely recommend this place to anyone I know who is coming into Bergen❤️

Stay on top of Bergen in nature?

GET THIS AirBnB if it’s available, seriously! Here’s why: It‘s truly a magical place up on Mount Fløyen with one of the best views you can imagine, especially at night when you can see Bergen light up in front of you. It’s easy to get to and even with a big suitcase, it’s an easy five minute walk from the Fløybanen station. When you want to visit the city, you can take a nice stroll down the mountain (or the furnicular), and when you want to experience nature, it literally starts in front of your door. Seriously, my favourite spot with an amazing view over Bergen and all the way to the sea, with not another soul in sight, is about 15 minutes away from your door. The room is freshly renovated (yet still cozy) and the kitchen is equipped with everything you need for some serious cooking. Last but definitely not least, Tron is an amazingly kind soul who can give you tips and advice, while also always respecting your privacy. Leaving this place was hard, but I know I‘ll be back!

Apartment on a quiet street in the heart of Bergen

Gloria’s flat is in a great location. Easy walking distance to anything you’d want to see in Bergen. We enjoyed our stay and Gloria was very helpful. The flat was clean and the neighborhood is very quiet at night. We were able to do laundry using the washing machine. And the drying racks worked well in the bathroom because of the radiant heated floor. We would certainly stay here again. Highly recommend!

Large family home. Close to the airport and city.

Iselinn's home was beautiful. We needed a quiet place to stay, close to the airport, as we had an early flight the next morning. The ground floor was perfect to just roll in our luggage and have easy access to it from the bedrooms. We had dinner delivered and an early night. This home is in a residential neighborhood, so if you plan to stay to explore Bergen, you'll need a car (they have parking spaces) or to learn the bus routes. Iselinn was great to respond and to recommend a taxi for our stay.

We loved staying here during our time in Bergen. Elisabeth’s place was clean and in a quiet location. Anytime I reached out to ask Elisabeth a question, she was incredibly responsive. We will be staying here again when we visit Bergen. Highly recommend!

Vi hadde et veldig fint opphold i et hyggelig hjem! Perfekt for vår familie med to voksne og tre barn. Ekstra hyggelig med juletre, julepynt og julesnacks på bordet da vi kom - to dager før jul. Alt som forventet og god kommunikasjon underveis. Vi følte oss som hjemme:) flere butikker rett i nærheten og enkelt med buss eller bane til byen. Ellers er rolig nabolag med fin utsikt.

Vibeke was a wonderful host, really helpful and friendly. The apartment was perfect and a joy to stay there, with fabulous decor and the most comfortable beds ever. Lovely stay in the center of Bergen. We had a group of 7 and the accommodation worked well for us. Plenty of towels, a well equipped kitchen and comfortable beds. Up a steep hill, but between the road and the steps it was manageable for all in our party.

Ida and Torstein are amazing hosts. They showed us the area, shared the history of the place and recommended beautiful hikes around. The house is charming and has plenty of genuine details, which made us curious about the place we had a pleasure to stay in. One can find everything what is needed in the house: kitchen equipment, stunning view from windows, cozy fireplace and positive vibes of slowing down 🥰 The place is definitely highly recommended! Ein schönes und gemütliches Haus mit einer super Ausstattung. Ganz besonders das Klavier und der Kicker-Tisch. Die Lage ist sehr gut. Es ist sehr ruhig und trotzdem kommt man mit der Tram Linie 1 gut in die Stadt oder zum Flughafen ohne Umsteigen zu müssen. Fußläufig ist ein Supermarkt erreichbar. Das Haus ist gut für Familien geeignet. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt.

Nous avons passé une très belle semaine dans la maison d'Arve ! La maison est spacieuse, calme et confortable, l'environnement est magnifique. N'hésitez pas à prendre le ferry pour vous rendre à Bergen, c'est plus simple qu'en voiture !

Trine was easy to communicate with, also appreciated the flexible check in and her proactiveness in suggesting restaurants that were open in Easter. The place was exactly as described and had the needed amenities. It's also an easy walk to the sights, light train to the airport, and the ferry terminal.

Logement parfait ! Bien placé et typique. Un vrai cocon. Propre, hyper bien équipé comme j’ai jamais eu ça ! Literie parfaite, propre. Seules les nuits peuvent être bruyantes car des personnes restent dans la rue à discuter etc jusqu’au petit matin. À prendre en compte si vous avez le sommeil léger. Mais sinon tout se fait à pied et facile d’accès depuis l’aéroport. J’adore cet endroit !

Vibeke è una persona deliziosa! È riuscita ad accoglierci di persona con un preavviso relativamente breve (stavamo arrivando da un'altra città, quindi il nostro orario d'arrivo non era preciso). Ci ha gentilmente spiegato le cose fondamentali dell'appartamento. L'alloggio è spazioso e non manca nulla, inoltre è arredato in maniera deliziosa. Ci è sembrato di essere a casa! Dovessimo tornare a Berger, sceglieremmo sicuramente di tornare da Vibeke!

We really loved our stay here. The house is very comfortable, clean and cozy. It is close to the city centre (20 min walk). Hanne is an incredible host. She communicated clearly and was there when we arrived and left, which made everything very easy! Highly recommend!

Vi var to voksne og to barn som skulle tilbringe høstferien i Bergen. Vi var på jakt etter en leilighet med to soverom, litt utfor byen med parkering. Leiligheten til Tor passet oss helt perfekt. Stille og rolig nabolag, nær butikk og busstopp. Leiligheten ble en trivelig base for Bergensoppholdet vårt. Vi ble møtt til avtalt tid for en kjapp gjennomgang. Rent, pent og koselig. Her kommer vi gjerne tilbake ved en annen anledning.

Logement idéal pour un séjour à Bergen, l'appartement est idéalement placé à moins de 5 minutes à pied du port et du centre-ville. L'appartement est très propre, très fonctionnel, les lits sont de très bonne qualité, la salle de bain très bien équipée. Enfin Hege est une hôte remarquable, proactive, précise et toujours à l'écoute. On s'est régalé !

I would completely recommend this lovely apartment. We felt at home immediately, and our host was super helpful and responsive. Really, we couldn't have hoped for a more comfortable stay, in a lovely central location. Comfy beds, lots of books, and even some musical instruments.

Marius was an incredible host! Checking in was super smooth thanks to his amazing communication! He was also very kind and provided a lot of recommendations and checked in to make sure our stay was good! His place was very clean and spacious, and the location was absolutely incredible, being located directly in the center of the city. Would definitely recommend Marius’s place to anyone looking to take in the beauty of Bergen, but also have an escape to feel like they’re right at home☺️

This Airbnb has been the best one we've ever stayed in. The house is significantly more attractive than the pictures, spotlessly clean, and comes with all the necessary amenities. Lise thoughtfully provided snacks and food, making us feel truly welcomed. We're extremely grateful and highly recommend it!
