We instantly felt right at home at Bird Land for our girls trip! Eric was super accommodating and attentive. The house is very comfortable with a lot of historic charm. The sunny window bed and bird watching area are so beautiful and peaceful. Gorgeous stained glass windows. There is so much room to spread out! The basement bedroom(s) would be great for kids to have their own space. We had a great time and would love to come back.

This gateway more than accommodated 4 adults and 5 kids from 2-9 years of age. We brought a few entertainment items for the kids so the adults could detach from the buzz of the world and slow everything down. Orions provided that and more, from the wonderful Berkeley Springs, to the big state park and amazing views; we can't wait to come back. This property was well stocked, and we had to worry very little about the small stuff. Thank you, Anna, for being a great host and letting us stay here; you are awesome!

Beautiful home, responsive hosts. Katie was extra helpful with local recommendations and a suggested packing list! There’s also a really great, short switch back little trail behind the house. Excellent for getting right out in nature!

Brianna’s place felt right at home. It was warm, toasty and cozy… rooms and bathrooms were clean, the space was uncluttered, there enough blankets and kitchen appliances… it was in a private, quiet area. It had a beautiful view and a deck to sit on and have a cup of tea, coffee or even spend the whole day at. Highly recommend!!

This place was great! Small, cozy location in the mountains! It was peaceful and just what we were looking for 😊 everything was nice and clean, and we felt right at home!

Great, comfortable stopover on our way from WVA to Wake Forest, via D.C. We even found Maryland blue crabs at a nearby restaurant. The hot tub was nice on a cool night. Would come back if ever in the area.

Ken was an excellent host. This was a great place for our family of four and two dogs. Everyone enjoyed it! We loved the fire pit and the porch with the rocking chairs.

We had a great, relaxing weekend. Everything was just as promised and we had everything in the kitchen to cook several great meals. They really thought of everything (would have been nice to have some towel racks or hooks in the main bedroom bath as we had no where to hang our towels). The house was clean and the game room was a fun addition to our weekend. The host was very responsive and check in/out was extremely easy.

This is an absolutely amazing find! Super responsive host, extremely flexible with my check-ins and outs. The house was beautiful and clean, the fire pit was an amazing touch. The deck is perfect and so is the hot tub. The bed was extremely comfortable, check out was easy and he didn’t ask for much at all. I can’t get over how much I fell in love with this house.

this place was everything we needed it to be. super peaceful incredible view. us and the pup enjoyed it very much. Will be returning for sure!

Had a wonderful stay at Jake’s place! Has everything you need and the view from the screened in porch was amazing! Our family utilized the recreational facilities everyday, which kept our two boys busy and happy. Would definitely return again.

We had a wonderful stay at the cabin - we are two moms with two kids and spent three nights there. The place was great for us - the kitchen was very well stocked and had all the appliances and things we needed for cooking which is often not the case at other rentals so it was much appreciated. The gas fire pit / table was perfect for making s’mores and hanging out in the evening. Very peaceful and relaxed place to be. We did a great hike in the Sleepy Creek area calls Devil’s Nose and the kids had a lot of fun crossing the river and getting to the lookout. It took about 2.5 hours with lots of stops and a picnic lunch.

Our family loved staying at the Grateful moments Cabin! It was clean (without smelling like cleaning agents), cozy and comfortable. The hot tub was a treat in the cool spring weather and the kids played lots of pool/ping pong. The hosts were polite and very responsive. We are already making plans to return!

Toasted Marshmallow is a great place for a couple's getaway. Admittedly, the place was smaller than I expected based on the pictures, but the furnishings were comfortable and the place is spotless! The hosts have included so many thoughtful extras to include welcome snacks, a smores kit, a wireless speaker (which we used daily) and perfect-sized bedside fans. It was a lovely place for a weekend getaway to recharge our batteries. Thank you!

We went to this Air B&B for our 10 year wedding anniversary. It was so beautiful and quiet there. They had all the amenities we could ask for and had entertainment for our son. We had a great time! Could not recommend higher!

The place wasn’t just cute—it felt good. You could feel the care in how everything was set up, like it was meant to be a place where you could truly relax and feel at home. Based on how thoughtfully everything was stocked and prepped, I knew they would’ve gone out of their way to help if I had any questions or concerns. Fenny and David’s home was warm, welcoming, and intentional. We made beautiful memories here, and I’d absolutely stay again in a heartbeat.
