The 1-room apartment with air conditioning is on the ground floor and is cozy and small (approx. 20 sqm), functionally furnished, for max. 2 people! The studio was extensively renovated in spring 2023 and is simple but equipped with everything you need. It is quietly located and can be reached via a separate entrance (with a small terrace) in the rear garden of our holiday home. The patio and loungers are available to apartment guests for eating and relaxing.

This new and modern luxury villa is located in the small and quiet village of Gorica near Sukošan, in Zadar County. Set on a fenced 1,154 m² property, it offers complete privacy and comfortable accommodation for up to ten guests. The city of Zadar is less than a 30-minute drive away, while the nearest sandy beach is approximately 7 km from the property.

Set in very private grounds in the heart of the olive grove. Suitable for family vacations away from traffic, crowd, noise..yet only 7 km from the center of Šibenik. Guests can enjoy private beach in front of the house. On the dock, there is a boat mooring and a mooring buoy for guests arriving by boat. Canoe and kayaks are free for our guests.
