Amazing country house immersed in the vineyard of Cantina Lapone, viewing Orvieto. Recently restored, over 100 sm, organised on two floors. Ground floor is a single space with a big living room (with fireplace) and a spacious open kitchen. First floor with two bedrooms and two bathrooms: the main bedroom (looking at Orvieto) with a double bed and internal bathroom and a second one with a double bed and a bed sofa. Private garden and parking. Private pool (shared with another 4 guests house).

Costruita in epoca medioevale sui resti delle gradinate dell'Anfiteatro Romano, la casa offre all'interno piccole porzioni di mura romane a vista. Dalle camere, al piano superiore, si gode di un suggestivo panorama dominato dalla Rocca Minore e da ciò che resta dello stesso Anfiteatro. Tutt'intorno si dirama il quartiere più antico di Assisi, caratterizzato da vicoli, piazzette e case medioevali. Una parte della città sconosciuta ai più ma suggestiva e piacevole da scoprire.

Refined and elegant medieval house, just renovated, 90 Sq. m., located in the beautiful square of the village of Saragano. The villa is located at 500 meters above sea-level, at 17 km from Perugia, 20 km from Assisi and 20 km from Gubbio. The panoramic location is very suggestive and quiet. The apartments was recently renewed and is equipped with everything needed for short or long stays. In the large park there are pets, donkeys and peacocks. Perugia airport is only 13 km.
