This villa in Viagreggio perfectly suited our needs. The space was exactly as described - the A/c was needed in the high temperatures. The property is ideally situated between the train station and the beach - it was approximately an 8 minute walk from the station, and 10 minute walk to the beach. Irene was a great host - responding very quickly to any questions we had.

Our stay at Teresa’s place was exceptional. The apartment is in a great location for walking to the beach, to shops, to restaurants, and parks, etc. Parking on the premises is a great boon. Also it is an ideal base for exploring Tuscany. The apartment is large, bright and well maintained. We felt very much at home here. Teresa and her husband are delightful, helpful, friendly and responsive hosts. We recommend this Airbnb most highly and hope to return.

Matteo é uma pessoa maravilhosa e solícita . Nos ajudou muito . Sua casa é muito aconchegante e limpa .Ele se preocupa em cada detalhe . Tinham ítens básicos como sal , café , azeite , açucar e os utensílios de cozinha estavam completos . Roupa de cama limpa e perfumada .Haviam bons restaurantes no vilarejo que também ficava pertinho da praia . Voltaríamos mil vezes . Voltando a falar do Matteo , não tenho palavras para descrevê-lo . Obrigada por tudo .

anche se abbiamo trascorso solo una notte da Silvia possiamo dire che L'appartamento è bello e confortevole, le due camere sono spaziose, ideale per chi vuole soggiornare in 4, letti comodi. noi eravamo in 6 ed anche il divano letto è comodo; la sala grande quindi non ci sono problemi di spazio nemmeno quando è aperto. comodo il doppio bagno quando si è in tanti. si trova in una zona tranquilla. l'appartamento era ordinato e pulito. Host cordiale e accogliente; avevamo un impegno li vicino ed è stata molto gentile ad accoglierci all'orario che ci era più comodo. Lo consigliamo anche per le vacanze estive, se il prossimo anno saremo di nuovo in zona sarà la prima che contatteremo!

I spent a week in the house with my 2 kids. This was definitely the best Airbnb experience I've had. The house has all you need for a very pleasant vacation. The view from the windows and the garden elevate the whole experience and the excellent communication with Raffaele, his tips and assistance were much appreciated. I'll come back!

Wir haben eine wunderbare Woche in Cristinas Haus in Fabbiano verbracht und dort unsere Auszeit vom Alltag sehr genossen. Das Haus ist wunderschön in den kleinen, ruhigen, sehr romantischen Ort eingebunden. Man geniest vom Garten aus einen wunderbaren Blick in das Tal und die Berge und kann vom Haus aus auch gleich eine schöne Wanderung aus unternehmen. Cristinas Empfang war sehr herzlich und gab uns das Gefühl, uns in ihrem Haus wirklich willkommen zu fühlen. Wir konnten sie jederzeit fragen, wenn wir Rat benötigten. Der Garten ist traumhaft. Leider war es für den Pool schon zu kalt. Dafür haben wir den Kamin sehr genossen. Trotz des durchwachsenen Wetters haben wir viel unternommen denn das Haus liegt zentral zwischen Meer, den Bergen und einiger sehr schöner Städte (z.B. Viareggio, Lucca, Pisa, Bargo). Da der Garten komplett eingezäunt ist, konnte sich auch unser Hund die ganze Zeit frei bewegen. Für kleine Familien, die Ruhe und Abgeschiedenheit lieben, ist das Haus ideal

We hebben ontzettend genoten van ons verblijf. Het huis is echt groter dan op de foto’s. We hebben ons echt 8 dagen ontzettend thuis gevoeld. Communicatie met Laura de huis manager was super fijn. Leuk dat we haar nog even hebben mogen ontmoeten. Voor een uitval basis om noord Toscane waar je wil genieten van de rust is dit een super plek.

If I could give more than five stars, I would! The apartment was spotless, spacious, and thoughtfully equipped for a comfortable stay. Miriam and Roberto considered every detail—from the super comfy beds to the warm welcome. It's perfectly located near the central station, making it easy to catch trains to Cinque Terre. Miriam communicated promptly and warmly, offering helpful local tips. It’s clear they truly care about their guests' experience. Despite our early morning checkout, they came to see us off and even drove our heavy bags to the station—such a kind gesture! Their hospitality made us feel like we were visiting friends. Perfect apartment for our vacation of 6 days. Everything was like description! Albert response very quickly and helped wirth everything, The apartment was very close to beach and city center, also the apartment was large, very clean, the kitchen is full equiped. You will not regret if you choose this acomodation!

Logement proche de l’aéroport, de la gare et du centre-ville. Tout y est parfait ! L’appartement est au calme et bien équipé. Nous y avons très bien dormi. Daniela est très disponible, prend des nouvelles et donne des conseils de visites, de restaurants ou autres. Nous y retournerons avec plaisir.

Fabulous location - right on the Main Street into Riomaggiore. You could really feel the ‘vibe’ when you opened the window. Serena was so lovely and even organised a car space for us which was very helpful. The apartment is light and airy and like everywhere in Riomaggiore the steps up to it are a killer, so just be careful.

A great place to stay! I am recommending it to some friends who are visiting the cinque terre area. We thought this town was ideal as it wasn’t as busy feeling, but big enough to have a nice marina, and restaurants all within walking distance. The place was clean and as described. Check in instructions were clear and easy to understand.

We had a truly wonderful stay at Sarah's apartment in Portovenere. From the moment we booked, Sarah was friendly, approachable and always quick to respond to any questions or queries that we had. Making the whole experience smoot and stress-free. The apartment itself was absolutely spotless, comfortable and perfectly located, with absolutely stunning views of the bay. Waking up to that view every morning was a real highlight of our stay. The location was ideal for fully exploring not just Portovenere but La Spezia and the Cinque Terre. However, because it is slightly tucked away from the main village it was peaceful enough to fully relax and enjoy the beauty of the surroundings. What made our stay even more special was Sarah's invitation to lunch at her vineyard on the bank holiday. It was a unique and memorable experience. It really showed how much care and attention Sarah puts into making her guests feel welcome. We highly recommend staying here and we'll definitely be back.

A wonderful and spacious apartment. The location is sensational, the information regarding restaurants, what to do and see was perfect. Elana was the perfect host.

L'appartement de Fabio est formidable. Il dispose de deux très belles chambres avec chacun leur salle de bain(avec des leds très sympas). La salle est superbe avec une belle décoration et les petits balcons très agréables. Il y a un garage très pratique pour stationner son véhicule. Le logement est situé à proximité des grands axes pour rejoindre facilement le Cinque Terre, Pise... et se trouve à deux pas du bord de mer. Bref, cette location est parfaite et la communication avec Fabio est facile et efficace. Il a été très gentil pour nous accueillir et flexible. Nous en garderons un très bon souvenir. Vous pouvez louer les yeux fermés.

Appartamento in ottima posizione, 3 minuti a piedi da spiaggia e da fermata del bus. Zona molto tranquilla lontano dai rumori, un locale con letto (non divano-letto) molto comodo e grande, zona cucina con tutto l'occorrente, bagno grande e funzionale (mancava solo qualche appendino in più), zona esterna con vista su porto venere. Garage sottostante. Porto venere raggiungibile comodamente a piedi. proprietari gentili, a modo, precisi e disponibili. Un ottima location per vacanze.

Il soggiorno presso l'appartamento è stato semplicemente perfetto, super fornito di qualsiasi comodità che possa tornar utile per far sentire l'ospite come a casa, pulizia impeccabile e Nicoletta sempre disponibile, precisa nelle comunicazioni e super gentile nell'averci fatto trovare, al nostro arrivo, dei pensieri di benvenuto sia per noi adulti (vino chianti con due calici!!) e sia per le nostre piccole . sicuramente in futuro se decideremo di tornare dalle parti di Viareggio, sapremo dove andare!! appartamento e host super consigliati!!!

Anna Maria è stata molto disponibile e ci ha fornito indicazioni chiare e precise per raggiungere l'appartamento. La soluzione offerta è perfetta per 4 persone, molto spaziosa, luminosa e fornita di tutti i comfort, a pochi metri dal centro di Monterosso e con supermercato e parafarmacia adiacenti.

Apartamento bem grande, dois quartos. Muito bom para quem vai a La Spezia em família. A localização é perfeita, perto da estação central de trêm e perto do centro histórico.
