Wadhurst our nearest village has 2 small supermarkets, great butcher, deli, 2 pubs and takeaways.

High Weald country side Log Cabin on Cattle farm

Located on a working cattle farm, this cosy log cabin has enough space to comfortably be occupied by up to 7 people with plenty of garden space complete with picnic tables, BBQ and a fishing pond. The farm itself is found in the centre of the High Weald area of outstanding natural beauty and is surrounded by numerous castles, Bedgebury forest and Bewl reservoir. In addition to the views, only a short drive away are plenty of shopping towns, a cinema and bowling complex.

Old Smock Windmill in rural Kent

Old Smock Mill is a romantic place for couples. The atmosphere inside is peaceful and relaxing. Everything is designed to unwind you from the moment you walk in. It is surrounded by the lovely Kent countryside where you can ramble and refresh yourselves by perhaps ending the day in one of the great pubs cosy by a log fire in Winter or in Summer in an English garden. Guests have said how hard it is to tear themselves away, it truly is a treasure to find.

The Hopper Hut originally served as temporary accommodation for hop pickers. It used to house up to four families from London on their working holidays. Perfectly located to explore the Kent/East Sussex border with a footpath taking you directly to Bewl Water. Facilities include indoor kitchenette, full outdoor kitchen, fire pit/BBQ, internet, private shower and flushing toilet. All located on a massive 170 square metre private and fenced pitch.
