Жилье мне в целом очень понравилось – оно словно из Pinterest! Основной плюс – потрясающий вид из окна, который делает пребывание здесь незабываемым. Квартира оснащена всем необходимым: оборудованная кухня, два санузла, чистота и комфорт. Хозяин отзывчивый, быстро реагирует на запросы – даже предоставил второй комплект ключей по моей просьбе. Отдельно хочется отметить бесконтактное заселение, что очень удобно. Однако есть несколько минусов. Wi-Fi в квартире практически не работает – страницы не грузятся, пользоваться невозможно. Также крайне мало горячей воды: душ принять нереально, в кранах почти всегда холодная вода. Это может быть особенно важно зимой. Кроме того, в здании нет лифта, что стоит учитывать при бронировании (есть в описании, заранее не посмотрел). Несмотря на эти недостатки, проживание в квартире мне понравилось. Я с радостью вернусь сюда, если будут исправлены проблемы с горячей водой и интернетом. В таком случае я бы остался здесь даже на несколько месяцев.

My partner & I stayed here while hiking the Lycian Way. Hafize accommodated our late booking on Turkish Independence Day. Hafize's place is well located, well equipped & great for a long or short-term stay. Hafize herself is one of the nicest people you will ever meet. One of my favorite places I have ever stayed on AirBnB!

Everything about our stay was perfect. The apartment was large, comfortable and well-supplied. The hosts were kind and friendly. And Karaoz is a gem of a place. We had a great 5 days. Thanks. See you again.

We had a wonderful stay at Safiye and Apo’s place. It’s a beautiful area to visit and the apartment is a great base. It’s nicely decorated, comfortable and well equipped. It felt like a home from home. Lots of restaurants and shops in walking distance, although the walk back from town is steep. Communication was excellent and I would highly recommend Safiye and Apo as hosts.

Benim ailem ile birlikte ilk Airbnb aracılığı ile yaptığım tatil organizasyonuydu. Son derece memnun kaldık. Konumu mükemmeldi. Denize 5 dakikalık bir yürüyüş ile ulaşabiliyorsunuz. Evin konumu doğal, saklı bir bahçe. Üstelik pırıl pırıl bir havuz, sanki tamamen size ayrılmış. Ev gayet temiz fakat banyonun biraz bakıma ihtiyacı var. Onun dışında birde eve ulaşmadan önce ev sahibi ile mutlaka iletişime geçip konum istemek lazım. Sistemdeki konum sizi biraz farklı bir yere götürebiliyor. Bunun dışında biz bundan sonra tatillerimizi bu tarz bir organizasyon ile yapacağız. Son derece ekonomik ve en güzel tarafı UHD tatil yerleri ile aynı denizi kullanıyorsunuz... :)

Great host, great communication. Beautiful home in peaceful surroundings. Would love to come back to this special place to wake up to that incredible view and swim again with the sea turtles one day!

Wir haben uns in Murats Haus sehr wohl gefühlt! Die Unterkunft ist geräumig und sehr sauber. Toller Pool, schöne Aussicht..., gleich zu Fuß erreichbar ein gutes Lebensmittelgeschäft. Gerne wieder, 100% empfehlenswert

Özlem Hanım ve ailesi son derece dost canlısı, mütevazi ve yardımsever insanlardı. Kendisi her sorumuza ivedilikle cevap verdi. Ev son derece temiz, düzenli, birebir fotoğraflardaki gibi ve huzur doluydu.Sıklıkla Olimpos Adrasan tarafına gitmemize rağmen Karaöz tarafına ilk gelişimizdi ve kesinlikle değdi.Kendisinin sayesinde bulduğumuz tekne turundan da ayrıca çok memnun kaldık. Yeniden görüşmek dileğiyle :)

If you want to be near to the village it is a great location. It was a great base if I want to stay in , plenty of areas to relax, also close to be back on an a night safely. Close to the beach, restaurant ,beach clubs , nightlife. I was aware during the day the road , which is narrow and was hardly used for cars , has got a lot busier. I walked through the back streets. The hosts were very helpful prior to going with transfer. I got into Kalkan early hours . So flexible check in. Host communicated with transfers pick up location. If you have been before you know the Turkish people will be very helpful . I wish the host a successful year 💕

We’ve really enjoyed our stay at Alparslan’s place. It was a spacious apartment with everything we needed and fully matching the description. We felt at home. The sea was like 5 minutes of walking with a few decent options for eating out along the way. Alparslan provided us a list of local recommendations which turned out to be helpful. He was always very responsive, kind and helpful. I’m glad we ended up choosing that place for our family vacation and I can easily recommend it to my friends.

Wir durften eine schöne Woche in diesem Haus verbringen und haben uns sofort wohl gefühlt. Süleyman hat uns persönlich empfangen, obwohl wir mitten in der Nacht ankamen und war sehr herzlich. Auch die Tiere im Garten (Katzen, Hühner und eine Ente) haben sich gleich unserer Familie angeschlossen. Kommen wir wieder in die Gegend, würden wir wieder hier buchen.

Hayam Evi was the perfect base for our off-season holiday in Kalkan. The house is exceptionally well equipped and we felt at home immediately. We particularly liked the rooftop terrace for soaking up some spring sunshine and were visited there by some intrepid local cats. My son loved the fact we were so close to the beach and several times a day marched down in his wetsuit for a chilly dip! We went out everyday to visit local archaeological sites and walk some of the Lycian Way and it was wonderful to come back to the cosiness of the house. Thanks Deborah. We'll be back!

It would be hard to find a better place to stay in Kas. We loved every aspect - the spaciousness of the apartment, the layout of rooms ( two floors, 3 double bedrooms, two bathrooms), the details (great screens to shade the rooms), the fact it felt like home and excellent instructions about the apartment and Kas from Lars. We so enjoyed our stay and recommend the apartment highly. And the outside cats and dogs!

Loved our stay at Yakup’s 1 bedroom apartment! It was as described with views from its terrace of Kalkan bay. It had all the necessary facilities: kitchen had a filtered water tap so that saved on having to haul heavy water bottles back. Really comfy bed too. Visiting Sept/ Oct, the resort on where Yakup’s place is was really quiet, no problem getting sunbeds, whether it was around one of the 2 outdoor pools that were open or along the ledges directly leading to the sea. Great we could use the resort facilities for free and there was a discount for food/drink. The shuttle bus was useful if we’d have struggled with the steps up and down from the pools to the apartment, there were many which we climbed daily, That is Kalkan though! Supermarket on site if needed and, as the apartment is at the top end of the resort it made walking into Kalkan town really easy, along the old road, with amazing views too. Yakup was very communicative, great host. We’ll definitely be back!

Me encantó visitar Finike, un lugar con playas y mucha tranquilidad para poder descansar, relajarte y hacer turismo. La casa es preciosa, el departamento muy cómodo, todo nuevo y muy limpio, me he sentido cómo en mi casa. Hasan es un buen anfitrion y me dió todas las indicaciones tanto para la ubicación como recomendaciones de los lugares para conocer. Playas cerca, y restaurantes con comida típica de calidad y muy bien de precios, la playa está detrás de casa y tienes un paseo marítimo para dar paseos en bicicleta o caminar. Zona tranquila, muy recomendable, sin duda he de volver y pienso repetir experiencia. gracias x todo!!!

Très belle appartement plein pieds ideal pour une famille avec des enfants en bas âge très très propre, on s'y est senti comme chez nous très bien équipé il ne manquer absolument rien du tout, tout est bien penser. calme, proche de la ville , plage, market superbe piscine je serais ravi de le relouer pour l'an prochain je tien a préciser un très bon accueil de la part des managers ils étaient très gentils et bien sur a l'écoute.

Wow what an incredible place! Our first time visiting Kalkan as a family of 5! Our 3 children absolutely loved the villa, the pool and Kalkan. The villa is located out of the way up the mountain side, a 15 minute walk into the town down very steep hills, easy to get a can back up at any time. The villa…. Wow what can I say, absolutely spotless, easy access and loads and loads of space. Such a perfect place and such great hosts. The host was so easy to contact if I required anything which was so good to rely on. I highly recommend this Beautiful villa in one of the most perfect places to visit in the world. Thank you so much for having us, we will defiantly be back in the future. P.s we had the most perfect days on a boat trip (the Falcan). We spent 6 hours or so stopping at certain islands for a swim and the most perfect lunch, it was truly a great experience. 2 excellent restaurants we ate at, the Berahamas I think, excellent steak dinner and the Doy Doy restaurant.

우리의 입장에서, 흠 잡을 데 없는 멋진 숙소였습니다. 청결과 안전, 구비된 간식과 집기들의 다양성 또한 좋았습니다. 호스트는 매우 친절하며 소통이 원활합니다.유일한 단점은 상가 중심에 있는 숙소라 밤엔 시끄럽다는 것이지만, 이것은 좋은 장점으로도 작용합니다. 밤에 창문과 거실 테라스를 열면 들려오는 밴드 라이브의 연주는 우리를 낭만의 세계로 빠져들게 만들었습니다. 밤에 잘때는 호스트가 제공한 성능좋은 귀마개 덕분에 조용히 잘 수 있었습니다. 다음에도 카쉬에 방문한다면, 반드시 같은 숙소를 이용할 것입니다. 너무 좋았습니다!

Rosie's place has everything you need for a comfortable holiday. Not far from Kalkan marina and town, restaurants and supermarket close by if you don't have a car to adventure yourself further, great swimming pool ,each apartment having their own allocated sun beds. a bit hilly on the way up to the apartment from town ( unless you are extremely fit , it can be challenging to walk up the hill under extreme heat) but plenty of taxis which charges you around 150 turkish lira. In few words, Rosie is a great host and her place can offer you a perfect base for an enjoyable holiday. Thank you very much for your hospitality and recommendations Rosie!
