I feel blessed to have stayed with Jyoti & Shyam at Kharwa Fort - this is an amazing Indian experience - not only real history but the most amazing food, conversation and hospitality all wrapped up in a magical historical fort. As a solo woman traveller, I felt not only safe but also had lots of time for meaningful conversation and interaction, and also time to rest, explore and more. Visits to Pushkar and the farm were lovely and much appreciated, and also interactions with local village women - particularly Laxhmi and Koushal - memories I will treasure. As someone that’s been to India 12 times, I not only highly recommend Kharwa Fort Home Stay here - I can say this will be your best authentic Indian experience. I loved every minute.
