2BR Riverside Hobbit House 10mins from Bhimtal

We have loved creating this space - with some elements which only make sense in dreams - after all... ZNMD ! It's a bit filmy (read LOTR inspired elements), a little rough around the edges (aren't we all) and perpetually a work in progress 😊 10mins from Bhimtal - two bedrooms with lofts, comfortable living space, kitchenette, large sit out space and the beauty of nature all around! And yes - very poor cell coverage. The sound of the stream is a constant companion and deer sometimes visit !

#The villa is amidst the beautiful and glorifying hills of Bhimtal with each bedroom having a lake view. We have : - Fast Wifi available - Laptop-friendly workspace - Minimal Noise for people working from home - Safe Car parking available inside/outside the property - The rate is exclusive of Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner Bring your pets along too! We love having them. Please note : The approach road to the property is a little narrow for 10mtrs. However, is not a problem at all.

Cottage is made over 500 square meters of land (including construction area). Located in lap of Himalayas, it provides excellent location for family and friends (upto 8 persons). Cottage have small orchard where you can find seasonal fruits like Oranges, Apples, Guava, Plum, Pomegranate, Kiwi. One can taste home grown green organic vegetables too. Escape from mundane city life to quite and rustic cottage. It provides excellent weekend place (6 hour drive from Delhi NCR).
