The stay was wonderful! Just a short walk from Mall Road, and while the initial uphill climb might seem a bit challenging, it's smooth sailing after that. The views from the property were stunning, and Nivedita was an exceptional host.

This is a good destination for a memorable holiday with family/friends.

The place was immaculate, stunning, and incredibly peaceful—almost like stepping into a charming European cottage. The property’s caretakers were exceptionally warm and attentive, ensuring a seamless stay. Vimal’s cooking was outstanding—you simply must try her aloo ke gutke at least once! Overall, our experience was nothing short of perfect. That said, a quick heads-up: the road leading to the Airbnb is quite steep, so if you’re driving your own vehicle, proceed with caution. Alternatively, local cabs or scooty services provide an easy way to reach the destination. Once you arrive at the top, it’s just a short 5–7 minute walk to the property. All in all, this is a must-visit property if you’re looking for a quiet getaway from Nainital’s bustling traffic and increasing noise.☺️☺️

Nevedittas place was an amazing stay with beautiful view, a few basic amenities were missing like Iron and Gas cylinder to cook, however, upon request, she did arrange it instantly. We old love to be back here again and would recommend this to other guests.

We were 4, we had 2 bedrooms and a good living area to spend time. The place was well maintained, free of moisture smell. The lake view from outside was very pleasing. The staff were very helpful throughout our stay. They also recommended few restaurants Cafe Lakeside, Manu Maharani, Embassy restaurant machaan and Zooby's kitchen. We had dinner at Zooby's kitchen and we loved it. Thank You

The rooms were clean and the place is beautiful. Host Nivedita is responsive and helpful. The property has a great outdoor space where you can enjoy bonfire with your family. The location is exactly as described - just 200 meters from Mall Road. I'd say it's a great deal for anyone looking to stay near Mall Road with a lake view without spending 6K - 10K per night on hotel rooms. The only thing to note is that the 200 meters stretch is a steep climb to reach the home, which might be challenging for those with medical conditions. (I was traveling with my mom, who has a ligament tear in her knee.) However, Nivedita clearly informed me about this before accepting the reservation and I still chose to stay as Nainital, being a hill station, natually involves some amount of walking or climbing - no matter wherever you stay. Overall, highly recommended!

The place is perfectly located right above mall road but is very peaceful and quite around the property. One watchout is that you will need a car or cab to go down to the mall road. Zomato comes till 6 PM till the property so better to pre-order, eat out or order the cook (who cooks great food). Overall the property is extremely well maintained, is located in a very peaceful and safe neighborhood. If you want to relax and unwind it is the perfect property.

we stayed for 2 nights. we were 3 couple and 3 kids. a neat and clean place where you can stay together instead of seperate rooms in a hotel. its like a home like feeling with awesome location and entire view to lake .

The host was veryyy nice. She was always there whenever I required help. The place was clean and comfortable. The view was also beautiful. I have no complaints with the place or the host or the services. Only one recommentation to the guests, this place is 10kms away from Nainital so if you are planning to commute by bike and with females then I will advice you to book a place near to Nainital.

From the moment I booked until the end of my stay, she was incredibly responsive and accommodating. Any questions or concerns I had were promptly addressed, and she went above and beyond to ensure that I had everything I needed for a pleasant stay. One thing that stood out to me was how accessible Shivani Ji was throughout my visit. Whether it was recommending local eateries or offering assistance with any issues that arose, she was always just a call away, which gave me peace of mind knowing that help was readily available if needed. Overall, I highly recommend this place.

The place was exactly as shown in the pictures. The check-in was easy. The rooms were clean, beds all made up, toilets were well maintained. Kitchen was great. The best part was the location. It was beautiful, the property is surrounded by mountains, it is a quiet and peaceful place. The lake is just in front of the property. One thing I would like to add is that the lake is not accessible directly from the property, for that you have to go around the property, which is not much of a task though. The caretaker was helpful and could also cook food if told him beforehand. The only problem I encountered there was of mobile network. Jio network did not work there but Vodafone-Idea worked flawlessly. The place doesn't have a WiFi which is not a big issue, but would be cherry on top if made available. Overall the stay was excellent, the rooms were huge and there was also provision of bonfire.

Must go for it suitable for 5-6 people.. Die hard party with mountain vibes good view in the balcony and roof. Go and have an absolute blast.

It was a wonderful stay my family loved the view and rooms and Nivedita was a wonderful host she was very proactive and helpful and whatever help and guidance was required she did it instantly in all my trips this was the bestest place I have stayed and the view was awesome and was having ample space in from for kids also

Not too far but still located at an untouched place. Place is easily reachable for an average driver. Balcony provides really beautiful view of the mountain. Its surrounded by peach trees which is very rare to see for people from plain. House has all necessary amenities. Rooms are quite big. You will feel at home. Caretaker cooks whatever you ask him and is a good cook. Overall a very satisfactory stay.

Adi's place is a nice apartment with all the amenities necessary for a great vacation. the apartment has 2 balconies, lots of natural light, with nice view of the forest behind the apartment. The kitchen has all that's necessary to cook your meals. well equipped. it's little bit secluded from the main road, it's very peaceuful area with a good silence. thank you Aditiya, for your fast respond and smooth communication. thank you!
