IMPORTANT: our amazing housekeeper is available Monday and Friday only. So, we can offer Mon-Fri, Fri-Mon, Mon-Mon or Fri-Fri stays. Sweet cabin modest in scale, simple and pure to not detract from the richness of the views, offering a fresh, invigorating sense of just what is needed, nothing more. The rugged primitive siding was harvested from on-site cedar trees; the knotty pine interior was locally sourced. Friends gifted a claw foot tub and historic farmhouse sink. Enjoy an optional hot tub experience in our Japanese spa or our lovely new cedar sauna! Close to Gore and Garnet Hill!

Camp Kimball is situated directly on the Great Sacandaga Lake offering all the comforts of home. Enjoy the beautiful view of the lake from the deck with sunsets beyond compare. Private dock for swimming or access with your kayak. Association beach is a short walk from the cabin. Close to Lake George and Saratoga Springs, as well as hiking, skiing, fishing, historic sites, snowmobiling and so much more. Enjoy sitting on the deck, by the lake or in front of a cozy fire in the provided firepit.

La Bella Loona - A beautiful 1 bd cottage located directly on Schroon lake. Amazing mountain and lake views from every window. 50' of direct water access with small sandy beach, outdoor firepit and grill, and multiple hang out spots. The cottage is newly built and furnished, has an indoor fireplace, central AC, fully stocked kitchen, and screened in room overlooking the lake. There are 2 kayaks available for use. Be assured everything is provided to make your stay as comfortable as possible.

Outdoor Sauna, Ski Gore Weekdays & Walk To Village

The Speculator Guest House is fully renovated to offer an elevated and thoughtful stay. Guests love the outdoor sauna, Sunday to Wednesday private chef brunch or dinner, espresso maker, fully stocked kitchen, and everything you need for a campfire under the string lights. Walk to the grocery store, restaurants, shops, or the sandy beach on Lake Pleasant (.6 miles). Each guest receives individualized local recommendations. We live in the area year round and love to share our favorite places.
