Our Naples Beach Paradise is centrally located minutes to Vanderbilt beach, Mercato, and great restaurants! This home features a fun outdoor space which includes a beach backyard, hot tub, fire pit, horseshoes, and a grill. We brought the beach directly to your backyard! Every room has a smart TV with LED lights installed behind each one. We have 3BRs, two lead to the outdoor space and 2 full bathrooms. Expect to have all the essentials so that you can just kick back and relax during your stay!

Our beautiful 1BR condo is located directly on a private, white sugar-sand beach with beautiful Gulf and bay views from a private balcony. Modern amenities and new furnishings including two 40" flat screen smart TVs. Enjoy the heated swimming pool, gas grills and our uncrowded beach, with lovely Lovers Key State Park Beach connected directly to ours. Easy access to shopping, dining, and the trolley. There are many activities/watersports here or simply relax. Keep an eye out for the dolphins!

You will be close to everything at this conveniently located home. Steps from Bonita Beach, restaurants, and walking/biking paths. Private dock on backwaters. Rent or bring your own boat. Relax in your private heated salt water pool. Every bedroom has its own private lanai. Basement bar with games, bikes, pool toys. We have taken every consideration for a perfect stay. Hurricane Ian update: The area continues to repair and improve. Most restaurants/bars etc are now open.

This vacation rental unit has been totally rebuilt and is now ready to welcome guests again! Nearly everything is brand new and it is likely one of the nicest studio apartments now available on the entire island. Skip the dated condos and hotels and get ready to enjoy this newer, nicer option, located just 1 short block (800 feet) from the sand.
