My friends and I had a great time at this beautiful beachfront home! Ceci was very kind, helpful, and responsive. The house was very clean and close to the beach. We loved all the beach towels, umbrellas, and coolers. Super helpful. My only complaint was the hot tub, which we couldn't heat up. Overall, great experience!

We stayed here over spring break 2025- and it was very fun. It has such close proximity to John Pennekamp State Park.. so if you are an avid snorkeler, this is the place for you. My kids loved the pool, and went for night swims every night. It's very safe, and the neighborhood can be a little loud at night, but if you close the windows it's so peaceful. We weren't here often ( out doing adventures on the Florida Keys) but it was a nice place to come back to after a long day. The hammocks are very very nice and the marina has a gorgeous view. Thank you!

Overall, this was a great stay. The construction on the building didn't bother us in our room per se, but did cause some traffic in the parking lot. There are some walkable options but we opted for longer days out elsewhere. The space itself is done as well as it could be. The building is dated a little bit, but this unit was perfect and the best use of space possible. The only minor drawback was the lack of a dishwasher, but if you eat out a lot that is a non-issue. The kitchen has everything we needed other than a sharper knife (understandably so). We had kids so the lack of dangerous or breakable items in the unit was a plus for us. The building's amenities aren't super impressive, but most importantly the beach and heated pool met our needs perfectly.

This was a very clean, large (4 bedroom, multiple bathrooms) beautiful home. There was good door access with a key pad. Beds were very comfortable. Shampoo/conditioner was provided. There is no bathtub, only showers. They provided a pack n’ play for my nephew, which was much appreciated. It was close to the beach - a 7 min walk and Dan gave us great directions for getting there - he was very responsive. The beach is beautiful - clear, warm water and not crowded. You can pay a fee to have them set up an umbrella for you. There was plenty of parking in front of the home. It is in a nice neighborhood. In the garage, there was a sturdy cart to pull kids in - it worked well to cart them to the beach. They also had buckets and shovels for playing in the sand. Ping pong in the garage too. Please note that this property is very close to a draw bridge, so it is noisy when you are out back by the pool. They also have a 10am checkout. Overall, a great experience!

Great place and VERY CLEAN! Right on the channel with a nice heated pool! Walking distance to great restaurants, a mall and the beach!

The location was great. The house was clean and spacious enough bedrooms and bathrooms for everyone had a great time. Steve was a excellent host.

We had a nice stay at the condo. The place was very clean and spacious. The beds were comfortable. There are 3 levels and another outdoor staircase to get up on to the rooftop area. The outdoor patio was nice to sit on in the morning and evening. The grounds and the pools at the resort were great. We spent most of the days outside. The condo is located in a busy area and close to restaurants and grocery stores. There are some basic supplies like small shampoo bottles and some spices for cooking but you will need to bring or buy your own. There are plenty of dishes and cookware between the 2 kitchens but no plastic cups to take outside.

Melanie was awesome and accommodating with our questions and needs. So much to do on the property for couples and families. We loved the pool, beach front and pickleball available all on site. We will definitely be back again!
