An ideal location for safe swimming and other aquatics, thanks to a gentle beach gradient, protected from northeasterly winds (Oct-Nov to May). In the low season (Jun to Oct-Nov), the southwest winds can bring in rubbish. A massive beach clean-up, on-going weekly, is keeping that at bay.
