The property has a comfortable double bed, a sofa bed and a mezzanine for occasional use. Excellent bathroom facilities and kitchenette has a kettle, toaster, microwave and fridge. The Lake House is situated in suburban Solihull, within walking distance of pubs, a range of restaurants and cafes, as well as the train station to take you to Solihull, Birmingham, & Stratford Upon Avon. We’re about a 15 minute drive from the NEC, Resorts World and Birmingham Airport too, making it a perfect location if you’re visiting for gigs, shows, shopping or need a stopover before a flight. We’re on hand if you need anything as the Lake House is a self contained annexe next to our home.

The Boat House is a self contained annex, complete with entrance hall, en-suite bathroom, upstairs bedroom & sitting area. Airport shuttle & on site parking available. Space for cot. The Annexe is a newly renovated, self contained suite. Attached to our house but with its’ own entrance the space has 2 comfortable bedrooms with space to work or study (with wifi). There is a newly fitted bathroom along with a well equipped kitchen and relaxing sitting room. We live on site and so can be on hand to offer advice if desired. 5 minutes walk to the University main gate. We are a 25 minute walk to the QE hospital and Edgbaston cricket ground and well served for taxis.

Attached to main property but studio is totally private and guests have sole access throughout their stay. Coffee/tea and milk provided. Nearest train station is Pineapple Road - 2 miles, goes to Kings Heath, Moseley and New Street Nearest bus stop to city centre - 5 min walk, number 35.
