Er und seine Familie sind sehr nett und höflich und auch die Nachbarn sind besser als die anderen. Die Wohnung liegt in einer Gegend, in der alles leichter zu erreichen ist. Der Busbahnhof ist in unmittelbarer Nähe. Der Supermarkt ist in der Nähe. Die Wohnung ist sauber und ruhig. Mein Rat ist, es einmal zu versuchen. Sie werden nicht zögern, ein zweites Mal wiederzukommen. Vielen Dank, Aikoto und seine Familie .

Appartement très agréable avec une vue somptueuse sur le Bosphore À proximité du tram et du grand bazar L’entrée dans le hall de l’immeuble fait un peu « peur » mais une fois chez Ferat on est comme dans un cocon Quartier assez calme malgré l’animation d’Istanbul

Everything was great, we had a great time. The apartment is perfect, the hosts are very welcoming. Some small things: there is no microwave. The parking is small, therefore it might be already full by the evening, but this is a problem for most places in Batumi.

Хорошая квартира, комнаты просторные, постельное белье чистое, кровати удобные, сантехника исправна. Лучшее соотношение цены и качества квартиры. Машину удалось оставить на стоянке под подъездом. Хозяин внимательный, ответственный, проблем с заселением и выселением не было.

Это был мой второй раз у Марианны и Насти, нам очень понравилось прошлый раз. Было приятно видеть, что квартира даже улучшена с прошлого раза - обновлены двери, заново покрашено, удобнее расположена кровать в комнате. 4й этаж без лифта - для нас не было проблемой, но пожилым людям или с большим багажом - надо учесть. Это чудесный район, с одной стороны очень зеленый и тихий (все окна на деревья), с другой стороны - все близко - остановки в паре сотен метров, троллейбусы каждые несколько минут. По прямой линии пешком можно прийти в Центр города и также - пройти Рышкановку. Отличные рестораны прямо рядом - албанский (в торце дома), La Placinte (за остановкой), "Кавказская пленница", Vasabi. Мы приехали в экстремальный для апреля мороз (без отопления), кондиционер согрел. Для тех, кто приезжает из Ясского аэропорта: в autocare md по утрам есть микроавтобус, который идет из/до Цирка, было очень удобно (1 остановка на троллейбусе), водителя можно попросить забрать/довезти и до самого дома.

The place is nice, warm and cozy. It is private spot with a di-vi-ne view, you can watch the sunrise fron the bed! Adina is a great host, she responded fast to all my questions and even provided us some information about the area without me asking for them. We had a great time and will come back for sure on our next holiday in the area, if she allows us. :)

Tout était parfait ! J'étais ici pour du télétravail et le bureau était idéal, avec une belle lumière naturelle. L'appartement est très agréable, on s'y sent vraiment comme à la maison. Tout est fonctionnel, confortable et bien pensé. L'emplacement est également excellent, très central et pratique pour explorer la ville. Franchement, c'est le meilleur appartement que j'ai eu à Istanbul ! Je recommande vivement

Ev temizliği çok iyiydi Hakan bey her zaman çok yardımseverdi. Lokasyon çok sessiz ve sakindi kuş ve doğa sesleri insanı dinlendiriyor. Araç ile ulaşım çok rahat. Çevrede ihtiyaçlarınızı giderebileceğiniz marketler ve restoranlar mevcut.

Her soruya sabırlı ve hızlı cevaplar aldık. Havuz suyu muazzam sıcaktı. Keyifli bir kısa tatil için ideal. Sabahları sıcak ekmek ve yumurta olayı can alıcıydı:) teşekkürler

Great place to stay away from the city but very close to the highway to Batumi, Sarpi, Poti, etc. Chakvi also has many good restaurants, shops, and attractions. The apartments have a really cool outdoor area with activities. Ilia and his Family made us feel right at home.

Me and my husband spent 7 days in Mamati's house. Check-in very Easy, even we were late Mamati waited for us. The house Is an old-ottoman house with everything you need, Is very well located in few minutes you have bus 99A, 55 and the line T5 witch will connect you easily with different parts of the city. the house has around good places for breakfast , restaurants and shopping. On top of that the view from the house and terrace Is top!

You know that place that's a home away from home, where you have everything you need. That's precisely Galina's place. It's very peaceful and relaxing and, like everyone said, the hosts are extremely discreet. There's a big yard and an outdoor cozy sitting area. I absolutely loved the big kitchen and dishwasher. Keep in mind that the beach is not within walking distance so you would need a car. We recommend Kosmos beach that's not crowded at all and on the wild side. Lots of places to eat, especially in Krapets, a 10 min drive away. We will definitely come back!

Apartamentul lui Florin este foarte bine poziționat, în proximitate falezei și a mării, ne-a plăcut mult pentru ca este spațios, aerisit, curat și a corespuns nevoilor noastre, călătorind cu un bebeluș. Florin este o gazda extraordinară, ne-a oferit toate informațiile de care avem nevoie și ne-a permis să ne cazăm înaintea orei standard, pentru a nu decala somnul celui mic. Vă mulțumim pentru ca ne-ați oferit o vacanță relaxantă!

The place is really tidy and clean and very well arranged. Matches the pictures. In a walkable distance from the main places in Varna. Easy to find a parking place around. Shops and places to eat around. I had a super pleasant experience and stay there. Will do it again for sure.

Great apartment near the center of Constanta, has all the amenities you need and a balcony. Only thing would be a couch or somewhere to lounge is missing

Erhan has been a great host and provided easy and straightforward instructions and advice. Was very responsive to our questions and requests too. Would definitely recommend his place to anyone who wants to stay in a homely environment instead of a hotel.

Furkan bey iyi niyetli bir arkadaştır. Her sorumuza sabır ile cevap verdi sanki yıllarca tanıdığım bir arkadaşım gibiydi. Eviniz bulunduğu yer güzel ve sakindi. Sakin olmasının yanında ulaşımı çok rahattı. Sadece biraz yokuş vardı ama İstanbul yedi tepe zaten çoğu yerde yokuş var. Teşekkürler Furkan arkadaş.

het appartement is prachtig, heel gezellig, een echt thuis. goede uitvalsbasis midden in het stadsrumoer. heerlijke douche, twee ruime slaapkamers, ruime woonkamer. in het weekend is er savonds wel muziek te horen. geen dreunende techno ofzo maar wij hadden een liveconcert met turkse fluit en gezang. best mooi. dat moet je dus niet erg vinden. vanaf een uur of 1 is het stil.

Очень милая уютная квартира, много воздуха. Хорошо что много розеток, это очень удобно. Хорошее расположение, ухоженная территория. Все приветлевые и готовы помочь. Нам всё понравилось.
