My wife and I along with a few other couples came in town to go to Alabama homecoming and Ashley's place was perfect! The neighborhood is super quiet and peaceful and there are some great walking/running trails right next to the house. All of the beds were clean and comfortable, and the rooms were very spacious. We did not spend a lot of time at the house with everything going on for the weekend but it was nice to have a beautiful and spacious place to come back to. Would definitely recommend staying here and if needed, we will be coming back!

Mindy was hands down the best Air BnB host I’ve ever had. Kind, responsive, helpful and even let us check out late on Sunday! We loved the house and it had everything we needed. Such a peaceful property for a relaxing weekend away from all the noise and very dog friendly. We will definitely be back!!

Can’t find a better spot than Rick’s houses along the trail. You know exactly what you’re getting and everything is set up perfectly for an 8 man golf trip. This house is a football field away from the Oxmoor club house and sits on hole 10 of the Ridge course. Great stay once again!

Had trouble getting with the code provided and they picked up the phone and apologized and had it taken care of within seconds. Beautiful place to stay.

This place was perfect for what we needed. A cute cozy place that feels very welcoming. It was clean, organized and smelled lovely. Absolutely loved how soft the beds were! Would absolutely stay again!

Great place to stay at. It was the perfect size place for the 2 of us to stay at. Also way better than our stay at hotels nearby.

We enjoyed our brief time at Levon’s place, and would stay again! The bed was VERY comfortable, and we slept well. Lighting was plentiful, and there were night lights in the kitchen and bathroom. There were also ample charging ports for electronics. It is close to shopping and restaurants, while being in a peaceful neighbourhood.

The best experience I’ve ever had at an Air BnB.. The host and the young lady that cleans the location are the best!! I highly recommend this location..

Man this was a great spot in demopolis I was skeptical at first but when we all checked in we was amazed at the luxury furniture bedroom was amazing and bathroom this is definitely a good spot to book I really enjoyed myself it’s a 10 out of 10

This was our third time staying at the Efelant, and if our daughter had not graduated, we would ALWAYS stay there. It is always so clean, has everything we need, is close to campus, and Sara is so easy to communicate with! I would highly recommend it to anyone coming to the University of Alabama! As a college basketball Offical you just want somewhere to lay your head but also to be nice and clean. This little apartment checked all the boxes. Super nice and very clean Definitely will be staying here again

Lovely condo for our family for the weekend! Plenty of space, whole area was bright and sunny, and everything fresh and updated! Lynsy was very responsive to our questions! Great location for University of Alabama graduation! Highly recommend this property!
