Winterplace Equestrian Park is within 4 miles and Pemberton Historical Park is just across town. Price includes parking in the attached oversized 2 car garage.

Red Maple Studio is a private 1‑bedroom studio on a quiet street in historic Delmar, MD. Kylan Barn – 6 min. Venue 54 – 7 min. Downtown Salisbury – 15 min. SU – 20 min. OCMD – 45 min. Sleeps 4 with king bed and pull‑out couch. Workspace, fast WiFi, kitchenette (no cooking), private laundry. Safe neighborhood, off‑street parking, well‑lit walkways. We are a hobby farm with pygmy goats and free-range hens located along Beach Highway near Greenwood, Delaware, in the heart of the Mennonite Community (not to be confused with the Amish). We are centrally located in southern Delaware with many attractions within easy driving distance: Rehoboth Beach (35 minutes) Delaware State Fairgrounds (10 minutes) Dover Downs/Firefly (30 minutes) Ocean City, MD (50 minutes) Cape May/Lewes Ferry Terminal (30 minutes) DE Turf Sports Complex (20 minutes)

The Punny Farm

This charming alpaca farm offers families a chance to slow down, breathe fresh country air, and spend time with gentle, curious animals that kids and adults instantly fall in love with. Just a half a mile from Trap Pond State Park means adventure is always within reach. Guests can hop over for kayaking, hiking, bird‑watching, or picnicking among the towering cypress trees. Delaware’s beloved beaches are an easy drive away. Spend the morning with alpacas, the afternoon in the sun and surf.

Mast Cabin

Enjoy a peaceful stay in our cabin set in the edge of the woods. The cabin is 100 feet from our house, and has its own gravel driveway along the woods. We are located in a rural area on 8 acres, 30 miles from DE beaches. Absolutely no marijuana use anywhere on the property, and no smoking in the cabin. When requesting to book, please include a message telling us who is coming (max 2 guests) and the purpose for your travel plans. Requests without this basic info won’t be approved.

The 1934 Farmhouse (close to the beaches)

The 1934 Farmhouse not only has local history but plenty of space for everyone. Originally a century family farm with only few owners since being developed. It hosts 4 bedrooms, 2 1/2 baths, 2 dining rooms, large kitchen, a huge living room all sitting on 2 1/2 acres for the kids and pets to run have everything you need. Close to everything (Sports at the beach) just minutes away. The beaches Lewes, Rehoboth and Ocean City all within 30-40 minute drives. Thank you for booking.
