Our stay at Marilyn's was great. She was so hospitable and helpful. The home was beautiful and we especially liked the backyard and the living room. It was close to all the things that we wanted to do and it was easy to come and go. Marilyn made sure had everything we needed including returning an item that we accidentally left behind. We loved the dog Lily and she definitely added to our stay with her playfulness and energy.

Our family of 6 stayed at Venky’s place for 5 nights and everything was great! The home is very close to NYC and is only one stop from Manhattan. Venky was extremely responsive and helpful for any questions or needs. The cereal provided was perfect for our young children to have a snack in the AM before heading out for the day. I would absolutely recommend Venky’s place for families or for anyone looking to stay away from the chaos of Manhattan but also close enough to get there in about 15 minutes.

A beautiful home on a quiet street. Fully equipped kitchen if you will be cooking. The home is clearly lovingly cared for and the owner was wonderful to deal with.

We stayed at Sue's place for a long weekend in January and had a wonderful time. Sue was always available and very responsive. Check in was easy and the house was very clean when we arrived. We cooked all of our meals at the house and the kitchen had everything we needed. It was a warm and inviting place to spend the the long weekend - we look forward to coming back!

Linda and I didn't spend much time together due to my late check-in and early checkout. However she was extremely flexible and responsive through text. In addition, she was extremely friendly and had a very sweet dog named Phoebe. I would recommend her and her place to anyone! Thanks again for allowing me to have such a late check in and work with me on some last minute details!

We stayed at Patrick’s place to attend an Army football game. Everything was perfect and easy. It’s really close to campus/post. It’s a nice little town and close to Cold Spring where we had lunch on Friday. Thanks for a great weekend.

Sabrina was an amazing host! She was very responsive and proactive when helping me and my friends locate the Airbnb, and was always available in the event we had any questions. Her place was lovely and walkable for the wedding we attended. Thank you again Sabrina for trusting us with your space!

Raphael was such an amazing host! Ver responsive and always going the extra mile. My family and I enjoyed our stay here and it is basically on the UMass campus! So getting to graduation was extremely easy :)

Noel was an incredibly gracious and friendly host, providing us with everything we needed for a great stay in her apartment. The apartment itself is so cozy; we particularly enjoyed the library room and exploring the hundreds of titles Noel keeps there. I would recommend Noel’s apartment to anyone that is making a trip to New Haven.

Maria was a fantastic host! She was very responsive to all messages and her place was beautiful.

Exemplary accommodations! Everything about this place is well thought out and comfortable. (Every AirBnB host should do what Shirley did - label the light switches.) It's those intuitive touches that make this a great place to stay. We were close to family events in Norfolk, plus restaurants and amenities in Canaan. You really can't beat this experience. We were not able to make friends with the barn cat, but we tried!

Comfortable space with fun, eclectic furnishings. We stayed in the apartment at Tim’s while visiting area colleges and didn’t get to fully enjoy the gorgeous views from the Inn’s front porch. Would love to come back and catch a sunset over the Hudson!

Hastings is a sweet little town and the apartment is conveniently located near station and shops. It was good value for two bedrooms in the New York area. Place was clean with good light and character. I enjoyed climbing the hills and there were some steps to negotiate. There was some noise but nothing more than you would expect from a family living above.

I had an incredible experience staying at Monica and TJ’s place! From the moment I arrived, everything was seamless. The check-in process was smooth, and the home was exactly as described—clean, cozy, and beautifully decorated. The location was perfect, making it easy to explore the area. The host was incredibly accommodating and responsive, ensuring I had everything I needed throughout my stay. This is a delightful place! The location is peaceful, the decor gorgeous and the hosts easy to work with. I enjoyed my stay so much, feeling instantly right at home. And the fresh eggs that are right there in the frig (wow), well, I was happier to have them than I had anticipated! It's just minutes away from New Paltz.

Sharon was extremely friendly! She went out of her way to find breakfast pastries for my food allergies! Super sweet! Wonderful space, private room and bathroom. We felt very at home and loved the neighborhood. Lovely drive to nearby areas like Newburyport and Salem. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a cozy home away from home.

If I could give Grace and her place 100 stars I would! Grace made me feel right at home! She was so welcoming and kind. Her place was so peaceful, clean, and comfortable. She went above and beyond. I can’t say enough great things about this place and host! If you get the chance to stay here, consider yourself lucky!

Couldn’t have better things to say about this place and Pat! The location is PERFECT…walking distance to shops/restaurants on Thames and Bowens Wharf. It was my boyfriend and my first time in a bed and breakfast and it was fabulous - breakfast was perfect, and we even had the option to take it to go if we wanted. Pat made us feel at home, gave great suggestions and the blue suite was surprisingly large! Would stay again when back in Newport!

Chris and Fran were great hosts. they made me feel right at home, with coffee, a light breakfast, and great conversation. the room was large and comfortable, inside a grande, historic house.

if i could give 100 stars i would! my friend and I came for a peaceful retreat but we left with so much encouragement and new friends. Tom was ready with local recommendations and was accommodating to our needs! Kate was such a joy and the pinnacle hospitality. these are people we want in our lives forever! when we are back in the area they will be our first call!!
