Villa Sabia was a perfect Air BnB experience ! Villa Sabia is immaculately appointed and absolutely spotless throughout. The environment and experience is much more of a high quality home than a just a place to stay for holiday or business. It is easy to immediately relax and start to enjoy Varkiza and its surroundings. Varkiza has everything for a relaxing beach vacation, and the pool at Villa Sabia is excellent. It was difficult to leave the pool and journey outside some days ! Anna is a super caring and amazing hostess. It is clear that she is super proud of her property and really wants you and your guests to enjoy your stay in Greece as much as possible. Anna has lived in the area all her life and is very happy to recommend places to visit, traditional or modern restaurants, the best or some hidden beaches. I strongly advise discussing your plans with her to make the most of your stay. Overall a fabulous place to stay with true Greek welcoming experience. Thank You !

We waren met 9 vrienden. Elk jaar doen we een stedentrip. Dit jaar Athene. De villa zelf staat zeker in onze top van bezochte accomodaties. Prachtige klassieke villa met grote zeer goed onderhouden tuin voorzien van zwembad, tennisbaan en buitenkeuken voor bbq. Je loopt zo vanuit de tuin de zee in. Super! Andreas is erg behulpzaam en vriendelijk. Een prima host! In Kineta is redelijk weinig te doen. Er zijn enkele barretjes en restaurants aan t strand op loopafstand. Er een bakker en kleine super vlak bij het treinstation. Voor de grote boodschappen moet je 5 kilometer verderop zijn. Andreas maakte ons dit gelijk kenbaar en regelde bij aankomst een taxi naar deze supermarkt ,waar we voor t weekend gelijk de grootste boodschappen hebben gehaald. Kineta is vanaf de luchthaven per trein te bereiken, maar deze reis duurt bijna 1,5 uur. Ook kun je met deze trein naar Athene. De verbinding is mooi, maar we vonden de afstand van Athene naar Kineta ver. We hebben enorm genoten van de villa!

Loved our stay in Alimos. Plenty of space and really felt like home. Could stay there for months. Very close to the beach with bakery, coffee, restaurants and shopping within 5 minutes walk. Highly recommended! Thank you Konstantinos.

Magnifique et grande maison Nous avons passé un séjour fantastique La maison est très grande et elle permet d’être bien isolé du reste de la famille. La vue est splendide et époustouflante ! Les échanges avec Charis le propriétaire étaient super agréable et amicaux. Il s’est rendu disponible pour nous fournir des renseignements de visite, théâtre grec, tour en bateaux et même livraison de repas locaux et typiques Des vrais vacances Un vrai coup de cœur de l’île de Salamine avec ses eaux claires et translucides ! I cette île est une découverte, c’est sauvage et il existe peu d’infrastructures pour touristes et ce qui lui donne tout son charme !!!! Merci à Charis !!!!

My family and I had a great time there. The house and the garden was beautiful. We had everything we needed and more. It was so relaxing to chill at the pool at these hot days. The tiny village was beautiful and cute, with very friendly people and tiny restaurants with delicious food. And Alexis was very supportive. He had so much cool insiders, to visit for us. The house is absolutely spectacular. Like a David Hockney painting. The views are breathtaking. The style unique. I loved the fact that it was homely with their belongings and shelves of books around us. Every wall and corner told a story. It's been designed by the owner - a talented architect for sure - which made the house and rooms flow....But beyond that Kalliope is the most superb house. From start to finish she made us feel very welcome. Nothing was too much problem. She gave us lots of information and tips. She would answer messages quickly and was the perfect hostess. Oh to be lying by the pool looking out to the magnificent view beyond. I really can't recommend this house enough ...Enjoy....as I know that we sure did.

I've been to my shares of Airbnb through my travels, and this is by far, the best experience I've had. Dimitris and Frosso are exceptional hosts. Made sure we had supplies upon arrival, and are exceptional at communicating. Dimitris gave fantastic local recommendations, provided insightful tips, and even helped arranged my 50th birthday dinner on a holiday when most restaurants were closed. We ended up hanging out with them every morning and had incredibly interesting chats. Wished we got to stay longer and hope to be back again in the future!

We stayed at Konstantinos place just for 2 days so couldn’t really make the most of it. The house is very big and our kids loved playing around. Konstantinos is very friendly and always responsive! The house it self offers alot, only some issues with maintenance as some parts of it are a bit old or need replacing. Overall a great house and a great host! Thank you!

An impressive and comfortable home in an enchanting port side village. The spacious house is beautiful both inside and out. Stella, the host, was extremely nice, very easy to communicate with and quick to respond to any questions we had. We would happily stay in this wonderful house again.

We stayed here as a family and absolutely loved it. Having this stylish spacious house to ourselves was great. We found the walk into the sightseeing centre easy and enjoyable and did this most days to see the sights. Athens is a a great city for easy and stunning sights. In the afternoon/evenings the fantastic swimming pool was great in house entertainment for the kids. The neighbourhood is fun and lively with a great local bar restaurant a few steps away and lots in easy reach. Yannis and Tolli were so helpful with everything: nothing was too much trouble. Thank you so much Ma Maison and hope to see you soon!

Our very friendly host was waiting for us when we arrived, and showed us around. We had a lovely stay, sunbathing by the pool (relaxing after a week of sailing), and it was just 15 minutes taxi to the Acropolis, a 3 minute walk to a local supermarket, and 10-15 minute walk to local restaurants. BUT when there was a taxi strike and no taxis available to the airport, our host was AMAZING ! She drove us to the right bus stop (for the bus direct to the airport) in her own car, and waited with us until we were safely on the bus. She could not have been kinder, so A BIG THANK YOU and I recommend everyone to stay here.

Excellent Stays at Georgios place. Very well equipped. Excellent pool and view. Chalkida is about 20min drive. Lots of space and locations where we can enjoy the views and rest. Small beach accessible through a private path.

Our host was amazing. The house is beautiful. Our host told us a great restaurant for dinner and a bakery for breakfast. Would recommend this place to others.

The place is simply beautiful. breathtaking. The house has everything needed and then sum (like JBL that we could use while in the pool). Nice games for children and adults. Cozy throws in the living room. And the AC worked superbly, which was a concern during these extremely hot days. If we come to the area again, I will definitely try to book this house again. The house keepers (elli and andreas) were also great. thanks for a wonderful vacation

Perfect for a family holiday. Our kids loved the pool, trees and the open space. If you are looking for a very quite family holiday then this is the perfect place.

Wer Ruhe und Abstand vom turbulenten Alltag braucht, der ist hier goldrichtig! Das Haus, der Pool, alles war wunderschön und erholsam. Das Bad und die Dusche waren gut und sauber, die Küche ebenso. Es hat nichts gefehlt. Die Betten sind ebenfalls sehr gemütlich. Unser Kontakt mit Demi hat super geklappt. Bei Fragen oder Anliegen wurde direkt reagiert und sich gekümmert. Wir würden jederzeit und sehr gerne wiederkommen. Vielen Dank.

We had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb with our group of 13. The view was absolutely stunning—definitely the highlight! The outdoor areas were perfect for relaxing, dining, and enjoying the refreshing pool. The property felt private, and check-in and check-out were easy. Although communication with the host was limited weeks before arrival, they were very helpful and friendly once we checked in, with clear directions that made it easier to find the place, as GPS will take you the wrong way. The house was clean, though we noticed a few cigarette buds outside. The kitchen could use some updates and wasn’t as well-equipped as we hoped, but it had the essentials. Groups over 11 should note that two people will need to sleep in the living room, and there’s no large indoor dining area. Overall, the two living rooms, pool table, and outdoor grill made for a fantastic experience, and we had a great week. Highly recommended!

Our holiday in this house was beyond our expectations. Finding the place clean and all essentials inside, the stay was truly comfortable and easy. The owner of the house was very responsive to all our questions, and kind. Location of the house is also perfect; just a 2-minute walk to the beach, and very convenient to restaurants in which you can find great Greek cousine. I highly recommend this property for anyone who seeks a calm holiday in a well-cared-for home in such a convenient setting as well as a a beautiful beach and the sea. Hope to visit there again !

Séjour incroyable en amoureux. La vue depuis la piscine époustouflante. La villa et ses installations sont neuves, décorées avec goût, le tout dans une ambiance cosy. Stavros a été adorable avec nous, que ce soit tant pour le Check in et Check out ultra flexible. Nous avons pu bien profiter de la piscine. Villa idéale pour un séjour à deux ou à plusieurs. Je recommande à 200%.

Wir fanden es hier wirklich toll! Alles sieht aus wie auf den Fotos. Tolle Ausstattung und elegant eingerichtet. Und wurden nach einer Woche sogar frische Handtücher angeboten. Man braucht am besten ein Auto um viel erkunden zu können, aber man kommt auch zu Fuß an alles was man braucht, inklusive beach Clubs im Sommer. Leider war es noch zu kalt im april um den Pool zu genießen. Aber der ist wirklich schön und super gepflegt. Eine kleine Warnung, an der Einfahrt gibt es ein paar ungesicherte Stufen. Für fitte junge Menschen kein Problem, für Kinder oder ältere Menschen jedoch potentiell etwas gefährlich, meine Schwiegermutter hat sich hier ihr Bein gebrochen. Aber die Gastgeber sind toll damit umgegangen, haben uns zu jedem Zeitpunkt ihre Hilfe angeboten. Wir waren nur zu dritt somit haben wir die untere Souterrain Wohnung nur manchmal zum duschen genutzt. Alles in allem genau wie erwartet und bis auf den Unfall hatten wir eine wirklich tolle Zeit im Airbnb und sind dankbar!

Όλα ήταν υπέροχα !! Τόσο το εξωτερικό -όσο και το εσωτερικό του σπιτιού- , ήταν προσεγμένα όλα ! Η πισίνα πεντακάθαρη και αρκετά μεγάλη για την δεκαμελή μας παρέα . Τα στρώματα και τα μαξιλάρια στα υπνοδωμάτια ,απίθανα . Είναι ένα σπίτι πλήρως εξοπλισμένο , που μπορεί να σας εξυπηρετήσει κατά τη διαμονή σας εκεί . Τέλος , ο κύριος και η κυρία που μας υποδέχτηκαν, καταπληκτικοί και πρόθυμοι καθ’όλα να μας εξυπηρετήσουν! Ευχαριστούμε για όλα , ήταν μια αξέχαστη διαμονή !

Very nice and comfortable villa for family leaving with all possible amenities to consider. All was very clean at our arrival as well as routine territory/pool cleaning was happening throughout our stay. Nice location with great views over sea and garden as well as close enough to groceries and other essentials. Big territory for relaxing time far from any neighbors. Overall we enjoyed great hospitality of George and Helen and we would definitely consider coming back here again!
