Highly recommend. Perfect fit for my family of 4 (2 toddlers) plus the grandparents during our stay in Boise. There is plenty of space inside, including the ability to have both kids sleeping upstairs in separate areas. It was great to have some kids toys already there as well. The place is easy to find and parking is readily available. Great location for exploring, and the hot tub is a fun perk!

This condo is comfortable and convenient; we especially enjoyed rolling out of bed and walking a block or two for three different coffee shop choices in the morning along with several solid restaurant options for dinner. Great bike shops, ice cream, wine bars . . All the things. It was quickly obvious that this airbnb is someone's home; not one of many investment properties of a professional airbnb rental manager. The difference shows in many thoughtful touches. I wish airbnb allowed me to filter for owner/listed! Check out instructions were clear and easy to comply with. Great stay.

This house was EXCEPTIONAL!!! the attention to detail was amazing! Enough space for a family to enjoy and relax! Games, outdoor yard, plenty of extras that you don’t get at other Airbnbs! Jennifer was a very very good host! This will be our place when we come to Boise next! Thanks Jennifer for making our stay from ages 21-86 comfortable! We loved the decorations as well!

This is our second time staying here and it was just as nice as the first. Its very comfortable and the beds in the rooms were perfect for our family’s 6 day stay. They did have a fish tank that the host kindly asked if we could feed during our stay and the kids loved feeding them every morning. Everything we needed for our stay was available, including all needed kitchen items, washer/dryer, bath towels. It was great! We will definitely stay here a third time next time we come to Boise.

Not only was this my first time in Boise, but it was my first time booking on Airbnb. Kendall and Mackenzie's place was just perfect for my trip. I booked it for my dad, my brother and myself to stay for my cousin's wedding and it felt so good to have them walk in and be absolutely impressed by the beauty of this gorgeously restored historic property. The woodwork is immaculate and gorgeous. The bedrooms each have a little side "nook" which adds to ambiance and also makes extra room for people to sleep. I'm pretty sure you could fit like 9 people in here if you tried but it was very comfortable for the three of us. The home is split into three apartments, so you can hear neighbors talking but the quiet hours really help and we never noticed anything that kept us up. I can't want to go back to Boise to stay here again.

Very nice place. Clean well stocked place. Bed was comfortable with nice white sheets. I will definitely book again. It is on a slightly busy street but it was quite in bedroom.

Tony was a great host and very responsive to my question. Very homey place with a huge back yard. I had two dogs and they loved the yard , it was all fenced in and safe for my dogs. Parking was easy and safe. I was here to see my husband in Saint Alphonsus Hospital, and it is literally 4 min. away. The mall and lots of Restaurants within 1-2 miles. This unit is attached to the main house, but you would never know it. It’s very private. I would definitely stay here again.

The check in instructions seemed confusing but if you just follow exactly what is given to you it if fairly easy.

AMAZING! If I could give them a higher rating I would! This spot is so adorable! They really have an attention to detail. I’m not someone who drinks coffee often, but they don’t just give you a Kureg with coffee pods. They provide coffee beans with a grinder to make FRESH coffee. AND to my surprise they had matcha available. Who could ask for more?! They had everything labeled and organized throughout the house. Had a lot of cooking-ware available in the kitchen which I used. Maximized the space for sure! The bed was so comfortable. Not to mention they provide small personal fans on either side of the bed for your comfort. I love sleeping in a dark room at night and I didn’t realize before arriving but they had black out shades. I slept so well! I also could not get over how thoughtful the small bathroom space heater was once I got out of the shower. Overall, I enjoyed the owners - very communicative and helpful - and the space! I’ll definitely want to come back.

This is a great value! The space is roomy and comfortable. I will be looking for this Air BnB on my next work trip to Boise.
