Great location! it is directly adjacent to a fairly noisy bar, but given the central location, the noise was expected. The place was tidy, well appointed and very easy to access. Hayley was helpful with questions when needed.

Stayed for 2 weeks with my family. Really loved the place. My kids enjoyed the colorful birds at our balcony.

Clean & fresh apartment right across from the beach with fantastic views. Julie was very responsive with communication and very flexible. Perfect beach location. Easy to get around with or without a car. Would love to stay here again.

Had a great stay at Daniel’s for the Mooloolaba triathlon 2025. Excellent location to watch and participate in the event from, and great view otherwise. The space was tidy and comfortable, and a good size for a couple for a short stay. Daniel was very responsive and accommodative, especially after we had to defer our travel plans for 3 weeks due to a severe weather event.

Alex’s place was gorgeous and the perfect location for our little family with young kids! Alex was exceptionally helpful and responsive. A fabulous host. I would definitely recommend.

Awesome location and fantastic views, brilliant host. The only thing I’ve not noticed in the description is that there is no lift (I probably missed it, but it’s handy to know in case you traveling with elderly like I was).

We spent a wonderful week at Doug's apartment. It was very comfortable and clean and had a lovely outlook. The little extras that were left made our stay extra comfortable and were appreciated. Doug was great with communication, and we could not fault our stay in anyway. We hope to return in the future.

Extremely quick response for a late last minute check in. Extremely clean with everything needed available. Nice and close/ walking distance to everything.

Wendy’s place was great, we truly enjoyed our stay. We are a family with three kids and it was amazingly accommodated for the kids with toys and bikes and so on. Had everything we needed in beautiful surroundings and house was so clean.

What a fantastic time we had in Peregian. Check in was easy with Ruby leaving clear instructions and the house was immaculately clean. It was close to all cafes, shops and restaurants and only a short walk to the ocean. We were very relaxed in the home from home feel and of course being able to hear the ocean from the balcony in the master suite. The kitchen was well stocked and the beds were super comfy with the environment being so quiet at night. We would definitely recommend to all travellers and would love to come back. Ruby was great and checked in that all was ok. 10/10

There’s no need for a car; everything is just a short stroll away, including a fantastic café and restaurant. Waking up to the sound of waves, feeling the sea breeze, and enjoying the coastal charm was an absolute dream. Whether it was relaxing on the deck, exploring the beach, or just soaking in the surroundings, every moment felt special. The hosts were wonderful, ensuring everything was perfect for our stay. If you’re looking to escape the city and immerse yourself in seaside tranquility, this is the perfect spot. We can’t wait to return!

Me and my friends spent our Easter Holiday here. The rustic vibe of the place made us feel like it's our home. Shelly beach is overlooking and a walking distance away from the property, which is so convenient. Complete amenities, books and even a turntable with lots of vinyl to play and choose from. David is responsive and his instructions are clear, he even let us do an early check-in. Coming to this place feels like going home to your family to reset and recharge for the weekend from the buzz and rush of the city. We will definitely book this place again!

Loved the location, layout and multiple yards/living spaces. Felt spacious and was fully equipped. We used the fans/security screens for a beautiful breeze through the night and day. Aircon available but didn’t need it. Both tvs are smart tvs so that helped with the different needs of our family. Private back yard was nice. Would definitely come back.

Fantastic holiday house and Amy is a great host. Excellent for families with nearby cafes, restaurants and the beach. Great pet friendly yard and the house was clean and very well laid out.

We enjoyed our stay, very comfortable bed and lounge area, and the (brand new) outdoor setting ❤️ easy check-in and out process and loved having a carpark which was also easy to access.

Wonderful location, with great cafe downstairs and walking distance to beach. Large apartment that gave us plenty of space for our 3 kids. Pool and spa were beautiful too!

We had a fantastic stay at Matt’s place over Easter. The property was exactly as described – clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. Matt was friendly, responsive, and made the whole experience easy. The location was amazing and made our trip even better. We would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!

This is the second time I’ve stayed here. This apartment is in an amazing location with a fabulous pool, great for swimming laps and for kids. It’s a quick walk to the beach. I stayed for 2 months while visiting family nearby. Hank and Hailz are fabulous hosts, a real pleasure to deal with. I will stay here again.

Such a beautiful spot, the apartment had everything we needed and was so spacious, the balcony had the most beautiful view and the bbq was a bonus! Very clean and tidy on arrival and grateful for the fans and aircon. Awesome location too, so close to the beach.
