Perfect for couples or large groups, our property features an additional dry lodging cabin you can add to your booking based on your party’s needs. We don’t double book, so when you book, the whole property is yours to enjoy! The river is a great for swimming in July/August. Before this date, it’s too deep. Soak up the solitude, the calmness of the lake. Come see the spectacular views that surround the cabin from the deck. Enjoy a 230ft dock! Sorry, NO ANIMALS allowed due to family allergies! Thank You for your understanding! NOTE: It's been brought to my attention by a guest that neighbors around are doing construction projects so there may or may not be light construction noise! This is not an everyday occurrence but I can't tell you when they will be there to improve their property!

Our little guest cabin is located on our small homestead in the beautiful Sunnyside area of Sandpoint! Very close to lake Pend Oreille and by our slough/creek!
