Flynn's Beach House Walk to the beach🐶🎣🏖🍽🏄‍♀️

Comfortable 3 bedroom house adjacent to the Port Mac. Nature Reserve 400m from the popular Flynns beach, 600m to the Koala Hospital. Fully equipped kitchen with a large living area and separate dining. Close to eateries, bottle shop, Chemist etc. 10min walk to the nearest club and 15min walk to the CBD. It is an older style home built in around the 1940'-50's. However it is loved and the renovated kitchen, large living areas and location makes up for what it may lack in style. And pet friendly!

Breathtaking 180 views of the mountains & ocean. Very comfortable 70’s beach house, a large sun drenched NW facing deck with plunge pool. Another large quiet undercover deck at the back surrounded with beautiful gardens and large fenced yard. Cosy wood fireplace with wood supplied. Perched on the hill overlooking Crescent Head but still a short walking distance to the beach and shops. 4 beautiful large living areas and play area downstairs for the kids. Pool will be heated from Mid June 2025
